An application was placed on a Wednesday morning and we did not hear back until the next Wednesday evening after calling and leaving several messages. When we got ahold of Roland he informed us another application had been selected and we were waitlisted. The lack of communication cost us time and money in continuing our search to find a home with our move across country quick approaching. Clear communication would have gone a long way here.

- LBLacey BrookeJul 18, 20221.0SCAM They put their rental properties listed all over Zillow, Rently, etc. at a low price. Then you have to make an account to put in an application. Application is like $100-$150. And THEN you BID on the house for rent. So I put in an application and I see all these people on there bidding hundreds of more dollars than the original rental price listed. When did this become a thing?! This is a total scam and I hope this protects everyone out there trying to rent from these people. They take your money and then you get way out bid by everyone else. So basically PMI JCM is just out there collecting all these application fees by innocent people who have no idea this is how you operate. Yikes. BEWARE Also, I find it funny and interesting how there are clearly other renters who are unhappy with this company. But they try to buy or ask friends to give them good 5 star reviews to flush out the bad ones. Not happening. I spoke with this “Roland” character over the phone. He could care less on what I was saying.
