  I helped a family member with the move-in costs for a property managed by PMI Palms, so I have followed this situation closely from the beginning. What I've witnessed has been extremely disappointing. There are still unresolved questions regarding a security deposit, and despite repeated attempts to obtain straightforward answers, communication has been inconsistent and difficult. As of today, this matter appears to be outside the time periods set forth under Florida's security deposit laws, yet there is still no clear confirmation regarding the status of the remaining funds. What stands out most is the lack of transparency. A professional property management company should be able to provide clear documentation, timely responses, and straightforward answers when tenants are asking about their own money. Instead, it has felt like a constant effort just to get basic information. Anyone considering PMI Palms should document everything, save every email and text message, and keep copies of all lease documents and payment records. Based on what I have personally observed, communication and accountability become much harder to find when questions arise about a tenant's security deposit. I hope this matter is resolved, but my experience observing it has left me with serious concerns about how PMI Palms handles tenant communications and deposit disputes.

  My experience with PMI Palms has been extremely disappointing. After moving out, I experienced significant delays and difficulty obtaining information regarding my security deposit. What should have been a straightforward process turned into repeated follow-ups just to get basic answers about the status of my money. The most frustrating part was the lack of communication. I repeatedly requested confirmation that the deposit had been sent and asked for tracking information if it was mailed, but obtaining a clear response was far more difficult than it should have been. As a tenant, I expected professionalism, transparency, and timely communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on how this matter was handled, I cannot recommend this company.

  If i could give this company 0 stars I would. Completely unprofessional, terrible response times, horrible property management - DO NOT USE.

  This place is marvelous. The menu lists large variety with something for everyone. Not terribly expensive either. Nice large decks with views of the water and plenty of seating. Staff is friendly and efficient. All in all a super environment and you won't go wrong here.
