  I was genuinely excited to move here, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. After already spending $400 in application fees, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $300 because my previous address could not be verified. This was despite sending at least 13 emails with all the requested documentation and even meeting with the assistant manager in person to ensure everything they needed was provided. There seems to be a significant disconnect between management and the leasing staff. As a result, potential and current residents end up paying out of pocket for inconsistencies and a lack of coordination when handling basic paperwork. This experience has made what should have been an exciting move unnecessarily stressful and expensive.

  They recently started a remodeling project and the communication and execution of the current patio renovation portion WAS HORRIBLE! While I understand that maintenance and property improvements are necessary, the manner in which this project was communicated and scheduled created a significant inconvenience for residents. The notice provided regarding the project was dated May 15; however, I did not receive it until May 19…. Because the notice referenced a seven-day preparation period, the delayed delivery of the letter substantially reduced the amount of time available to prepare. In my case, preparation required relocating numerous items large items from my patio into my apartment. This was a considerable undertaking, particularly given the limited notice. No temporary storage options or accommodations were provided despite residents being required to clear their patios. I am also concerned about the timing of the project. Work began on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend with pressure washing and screen removal. As a result, we were left without the use of the screened patios throughout the holiday weekend while work was paused and I have very limited space to store things inside…, and now my apartment is cramped and barely maneuverable….. Them beginning the project immediately before a holiday weekend unnecessarily extended the disruption. It definitely should have waited until after the holiday weekend! Additionally, I have experienced difficulty communicating with the local leasing office regarding these concerns and questions related to the project which is why I’m leaving this review. I have tried to contact them several times with no answer! They never answer. This has added to the frustration surrounding the situation.

  Probably one of the best experiences I've had thus far with the assistant manager Neritza. It's a very spacious apartment. There's room in the kitchen, bathroom, and enough room to feel that you're not in a condensed area. So far the maintenance people are very nice and I just love the fact that they offer a valet service for trash. I've never heard of that before. Who does that? To me that's a luxury and I'm grateful. What makes you experience so much more excitement, comfortability, and humbleness is having Neritza, with patience, take you by the hand and say; "take your time I want you to feel comfortable if it's not for you don't worry we don't take it personal." I think that's the way it should be at every apartment complex. I'm so thankful to her I don't think I've ever met such an exuberant and positive person who really makes me feel at home like her.
