    How come no one is mentioning the mold infested apartments and when a business replies to each an every review seems a little thirsty for good publicity

    Where to begin. This apartment was the worst living experience I have ever had. Work orders get cancelled or half way fixed. And don’t have them set a time for any kind of service because well they won’t show and won’t call. So much money lost from taking time off work to be there when maintenance claims to be showing up. One of the selling points to us moving in was the car wash which intern didn’t work the entire time we lived there There is no type of accountability for anything as far as the office staff goes they will give excuse after excuse. The property is absolutely disgusting. Nobody cleans up after their pets. We did a claim on our Apartment of having mold intern we were told the test were fake and there was no mold. They had a remedial company come in after the ducks were clean. The AC was replaced and air scrubber and dehumidifier were placed in the apartment with no guidance as far as to how long to run them for. So because of the noise they made we couldn’t even enjoy CHRISTMAS in our home. The flooring in the apartment is trash it’s literally vinyl on top of vinyl on top of vinyl. They require you to pay for pest control every month pest control came to my apartment three times in the 13 months in which I live there two of those times were because I had to request it. When I first moved in, I didn’t even know where the Apartment was. I go to pick up the keys. They hand me the keys. Tell me have a nice day when I instructed them. I didn’t know where I was going. I received attitude and directions. The marijuana smell is horrible, but I had to sign something in my lease stating I would not smoke in my apartment when I addressed the smell to the office. It was never rectified just email after email after email being sent out because an email gonna fix things. There are multiple charges on your monthly bill that nobody can explain what they are, but we’re just expected to pay them Now that the second review is posted, let’s see if the property manager keeps his word

    stay away of this community 1- bills are extremely crazy because they don't care i got water bill of $220 for water and sewer i know a house of 5 or 6 people dont get this number and when i told them they told me we had a leak and we will take of the extra charge and now this happened again and they say we fixed the leak so we cant help there's no way 2 adults and 1 15 years old spend this much but they charge the whole building so it's not fair 2- the electricity bill in winter will go crazy because the apartment goes colder than outside the windows are the worst quality they leak air from everywhere and in rain it leaks and i told them they told me to wait for the vendor and after 1 month they came looked at it and left and didn't do anything about it and still leaks in rain 3- dirty community hallways dirty they never wash them like every other community apartment door are dirty and ugly they don't paint them 4- they charge for pest control and they never come 5- the rent they say it's $1902 for my apartment but i pay $2144 a month so don't believe them 6- they don't replace anything damaged they keep try fixing and never resolve and i will post the bills to show you 7- look at this bedroom door they don't change it they put nails and when you move they probably will charge you for damage

    ***DO NOT RENT HERE: I lived in 915 and was just informed a family with children just moved in… they definitely did not fix nothing before moving in a new family. Before YOU even think about moving here, make sure YOU read every single page of the lease from top to bottom!!!!! I mean I wouldn’t move here but to each is own, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! •Management Negligence & Facility Issues• Don't let the "beautiful water view" fool you it is a distraction from a disgusting reality that lives within those gates which are broken half the time. The office staff, manager, and maintenance team will lie to your face. The environment is completely out of control! Children are allowed to run wild, throwing tables and chairs into the pool, jumping on the pool gate to break it open to enter, breaking open the gym doors and messing up gym equipment! You can’t enjoy the pool it’s just not possible! Management doesn't solve anything; they just send out endless/pointless emails that everyone ignores emails that even include pictures of the resident children to complain about them. You can’t use the grills because they are filthy and never cleaned. Furthermore, people don't pick up after their pets, so the grass is a minefield of dog poop for any child trying to play. Maintenance is equally unprofessional. One worker used my personal cooler as a step ladder to check my porch instead of bringing his own. My porch ceiling actually started falling through because the neighbors above let their dogs urinate and defecate on their balcony for 12+ hours a day. When maintenance finally "fixed" it, they did a horrible patch job and never returned to paint. Every time I put in a work order to finish the job, they simply closed it. Worst of all, my daughter’s bedroom window is stuck shut and will not open. Despite multiple work orders, they claim it’s fixed when it isn't. If there was a fire, she would be trapped. •The Black Mold & Health Crisis• The most terrifying part of living here was the devastating impact on our health. My family and I became severely ill, and I personally developed fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue chronic conditions I never had prior to moving in. Daniel even had the nerve to tell me I needed to have my doctor test me for mold; my doctor literally laughed, saying such tests are thousands of dollars and clearly unnecessary given the environment I’m living in with the actual picture proof and test kit proof. My children were also constantly sick, but the breaking point was when we had to call an ambulance for my son. He was almost unconscious and clammy to the touch as a mother, watching him suffer like that was absolutely heart-wrenching. His severe asthma was under constant attack, and my own health deteriorated to the point of passing out and having seizures medical emergencies I had never experienced until moving into this dump. AT THIS TIME, we had NO idea that mold was the silent culprit behind all of this. No one should ever have to sacrifice their family's physical well-being just to have a place to live. After a neighbor mentioned similar issues and finding mold, I bought a mold test kit from Amazon. After a seven-day vacation, I returned to find a massive amount of mold. Lab results confirmed toxic black mold throughout the apartment. When I told the property manager, Daniel, he claimed the tests were "phony." However, his actions spoke louder than his words. Immediately after, they sent in carpet and upholstery people to run humidifiers and air machines, and they replaced the entire AC unit and cleaned air ducts. Why do all of that if there was no mold? They waited 4–5 weeks to start this "remediation," and only after the cleaning and AC replacement did they send in a "mold specialist" who conveniently didn't find anything. Even after we moved out and went back to patch holes, we saw the black mold growing right back through the ceiling. Pictures for proof!!!!!!!! Do not believe the 5-star reviews; those are posted by employees and their families. Save your health! Save your money and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

    From the moment we arrived and saw the magical water fountain, noticed the beautifully decorated leasing office, smelled the inviting scent throughout the office and was greeted by Tyshawn’s welcoming nature; we knew we had found our new home. We moved in on January 2, 2025 and that was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Tyshawn, Thalia and the maintenance crew have been an absolute pleasure. My only 2 complaints are… 1. When the trash is not picked up in a timely manner it poses a problem with the raccoons and they become a menace to society. We are then forced to clean up the trash and dispose of it because the valet trash people walk right pass it when it’s scattered. 2. I am a dog owner myself. However, the lack of decency some of these dog owners have is deplorable. My family and I take the time to pick up after our dog each and every time he uses the bathroom. So for some of these other dog owners to act as if they’re too good to pick up after their own dog burns my britches. I wish it was some kind of way to catch these hoodlums. Other than that, we love calling The Vinings at Hunter’s Green our home! Koscina ~
