  The complex's facilities are fantastic. The green areas and pet areas are in great condition. The buildings are very clean. It's a complete transformation. Great job, Joel S. Keep up the excellent work! 👍

  If I could rate lower I would. Please stay away. I signed a lease two weeks ago TODAY and the staff was excellent from the beginning. First day I received my keys I started moving in. The first night I seen roaches running around on the kitchen counter. Went to the office the very next day and they told me that they will have the pest company take at look at it. Fast forward today which is two weeks later, the pest company came out twice (which they charge you for every month) and they are still roaches running around. I took a video every time I could catch them to show the office. I even told them I would pay for my little time here, but I just want to get out of this lease and go. They told me I can’t do that and I have to pay to get out of this lease. This is no way to spend your hard earned money. Please stay away from this place especially if there is kids involved.

  I deleted my initial review because I felt I was a little harsh and was giving the benefit of the doubt. Well I played myself. This place is not it! There is only 1 person sometimes 2 on the maintenance that is worth placing the request. It’ll either be fixed if done by the right people or done in a poor manner if not done by the correct ones on the maintenance team. For the management and office staff is was great at first. Over the time we have been here (moved in April 2025) there hasn’t been to many issues. One was us having to provide our own blinds when they have been damaged by wear and tear. We ended up buying some and all good with that. Everything was fine until someone moved in above us (we are on the 1st floor) the very first week they were in it was horrendously loud. We gave them the benefit of the doubt because they were moving in. After about a week and a half we started letting the leasing office staff know that we were experiencing loud bangs and noises of all sort so wanted to place a noise complaint. Fast forward to 2 and a half months of multiple noise complaints we turned in. We also call the security guard who handles issues outside of office hours. Nothing has resolved our issue. We get told “we spoke with them. Let’s us know if it continues” we continue to put in complaints and now they are saying the neighbors are putting noise complaints on us and now they are wanting us to move or try and have a meet up with our neighbors. These people here are inconsiderate to us because we have been placing these complaints back to back and nothing has been done for us but the second the new people put in complaints they want to act. It’s against the ones who have been here longer and the ones who are in fact having the issues. This place sucks!!! Save yourself the hassle and go live somewhere else. Many new people that moved in have made it worse here aesthetically. It’s turning into temple terrace to be honest. Horrible apartment experience that never dealt with before. Do not move here!

  This place is disgusting and not even worth it! Management and the office all suck and the apartment is literally disgusting! It’s fake painted dirty and no one fixes or does anything! I literally can not wait for my lease to be over with! Don’t rent or come here it’s disgusting and not worth the money! When I tell you I’m never home because how disgusting this place is! They will lie to you and say you know the reviews ppl get mad blah blah and I’m stupid fell for that crap and here I am! Please spare yourself over priced and trash! Office never answers the make you pay a million services and they don’t do shit! They just steal from you money! If anyone knows if I can sue please hit me up
