THINK TWICE BEFORE MOVING HERE. This place is terrible, roaches throughout the house. Termites in our house and even when we first moved here. They definitely have been here for awhile and they don’t care to fix it. Unfinished cabinets and baseboards. Everything is cheap. Front office doesn’t really do much to help. How can you put tenants in an apartment that had/has termite problems???!??? Pretty insane to me. DONT RENT HERE. Also, I had to put 2 requests in about termite problem and they still haven’t fixed it!

When I moved into the apartment, I immediately noticed a strong smell. No one has been able to figure out what it is, some guests I’ve had over think it’s mold, others think it’s old cigarette smoke. The smell was so bad that it got into my clothes, hair, and even my dog’s coat.
I first reported it in November 2025 and didn’t get a real solution until January 2026. During those two months, I was waking up in the middle of the night struggling to breathe because of my allergies, and my dog developed a skin condition that has cost me over $600 in vet bills. He never had skin issues before we moved here.
PSA to EVERYONE:
I know all Apartment complexes have their own issues, but come on…
1. In the photos below. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR A/C Unit. Before I cleaned it, it looked like it was not touched in YEARS, just piling with dust, which is also a FIRE HAZARD. This is dangerous, but the negligence this complex has, to not check this, is very concerning. With the 3rd photo, I couldn’t reach nor notice at all until after taking a pic with flash, has a whole dust rug, which is not it, at all. Which I will have to get to… I talked about this to a maintenance guy at all, he noticed all of the dust and just left it alone, as if it’s not an issue.
2. ABOUT THE A/C, THE CENTRAL A/C DOES NOT WORK COMPLETELY WELL AT ALL. I HAD A MAINTENANCE GUY COME IN FOR THAT, HE SAYS IS BECAUSE WE ARE ON THE TOP FLOOR. I have been in places on the top floor and the A/C works really well, you can feel it hit you from far, and actually cools the entire house, as if you’re walking in a fridge.
3. The shower is like a puzzle and is backwards. You try putting it cold, it’s hot. You try putting it hot, it’s cold or just warm. You need to change both faucets to get the right temperature…
4. They charge every apartment with a “stress free moving fee and cleaning fee” yet the place would still have an odor in the beginning and not be clean, leaving also a washer with old water and towel, trash in the back of the laundry units, like what we doing here?
5. You also have a disrespectful assistant manager lady, saying she doesn’t care at all for our issue, when it came to moving out due to financial issues and having no money left after paying next month. You would have to still pay a penalty fee, the first month free back that you get when moving in, AND months on after, for every month the apartment is not rented.(Even IF YOU HAVE NO MORE MONEY LEFT, FINANCIAL ISSUES IS NOT AN EXCEPTION TO THIS COMPLEX, LIKE HUH?HOW COULD SOMEONE PAY FOR FEES AND FOR MANY MONTHS AFTER, IF YOU’RE SAYING YOU HAVE NO MORE MONEY? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE… ) But they Say “we chose that option, B” when we didn’t get to choose an option, at all. There was A(which was the better option) and B. Make sure to read your lease well, before signing anything. Don’t trust them.
6. They also have a roach problem, as everyone else in the comments say, in the reviews. They have a “pest control” which you pay $9 for every month, and can’t take off, even if you don’t use them. They don’t do much, bc they’re still there. We had to take it upon ourselves to resolve the issue, by purchasing something more effective, on Amazon.
7. Not much machines in the gym, nor many weight options. Most of the Lights are still out, even when I put requests in.
8. Hot Tub also doesn’t work most of the time, it’s always cold, even when requests have been placed. Mold in the hot tub area, too.
9. I have a whole humidity stain on my bedroom ceiling, I even told the complex about in the beginning of my lease, and they still did not come and take a look about it.
10. Floors are all cheap, they are lifted up and also scratched. Told the complex about it too, never anything done. Cheap materials, overall. Including window sills.
- First time ever renting with them. First time renting by myself, Overall. Will not go back!

I know people always say “every apartment complex has bad reviews” but PLEASE pay attention to the negative reviews about this complex. I am so tired of this apartment, of the health issues me and my dog have developed since we moved in and the constant issues with the unit. Please choose another complex, do not get fooled by the selling skills that the leasing agents have.
The ozone treatment they did worked for about four months, but the smell slowly started coming back. Since then, I haven’t gotten a solution and don’t expect to get one, since the manager and leasing office keep saying they can’t smell it, they are all invited to come live with me for a week to see if they really can’t smell the odor.
On top of the odor issue, I've had problem after problem with this unit. The dishwasher has never worked properly, the stove burners barely work so I've been cooking on one burner only, and the dryer didn't dry clothes correctly. Maintenance tried to fool me saying the dryer and dishwasher worked until I had to run multiple cycles just to prove neither were working, dryer was changed and dishwasher continues to not work properly. Stove did not get solved due to manager telling me to “connect properly the burners after cleaning them” not surprised and just how I thought, they are connected and not working.
I've also dealt with a kitchen flood from a leaking sink pipe, a toilet that constantly runs, a bathtub that clogs after every shower, and ongoing cockroach issues.
Now today I came home from work and the A/C wasn't working. The apartment was 82 degrees and my dog was panting like crazy from the heat. At this point, I don't even feel safe leaving my dog home alone because this unit has never been safe or properly maintained for either of us.
I’m done with every issue being brushed off or minimized. I’m tired of the allergies my dog and I have developed and being told there’s no problem just because it’s not noticeable during a 5 minute visit. Since day one, this apartment has been nonstop issues and stress, and I’m exhausted from having to keep proving there are real problems instead of getting real solutions.
