  This place has improved significantly in the past few months. The experience has been much, much better since the arrival of some staff members who really seem like they care. Big S/O to Alex, the service manager.

  I have lived on this property for 3 years now and love it!!! The staff is great and most neighbors are friendly and the location is perfect. The only issue lately has been some of the residents. If everyone would just pick up after themselves and there children the whole world would be a better place. Lately there has been more trash laying around the property than usual. And some residents have been feeding stray animals and leaving the garbage behind and also leaving garbage out on balconies and in front of doors which causes pest and rodent ISSUES for ALL OF US. I have also experienced residents dumping dirty mop water from the upper floors and and also allowing animals to piss in breezeways. I feel like pest control should come to EVERY apartment at least once every month since it is included in the rent. Some people have very busy schedules and not always available to try to call into the office and some people won’t call at all m. Then maybe that may help with the pest issues.

  I would never recommend units are all outdated appliances needs upgraded washer and driver where refurbished and renovations are desperately needed management and leasing staff is ALL underpaid.( NO MOVE in Specials!)
