  In the past I would say that all this was impossible but now I see that it is a reality, the changes are seen and very well. Joel's work is excellent. Thank you for your performance.

  El complex dio un giro de 180 grados para mejor. Lo recomiendo para vivir. Lugares increíbles y bien conservados. Felicitaciones a Joel por su buen trabajo y dedicación.

  The apartments need to be updated inside. The kitchen cabinets are falling apart. The valet trash keeps going up in price and sometimes they even forget to pick up the trash. I’m still waiting to get access to the pool area and gym. On top of all that I pay $1650 a month for a 1 bedroom. Can’t wait to move and would not recommend the apartments

  Been here for a couple months and struggled with the AC which they came to look at multiple times. They finally replaced it but that 300 dollar electric bill for two months until they did leaves a really bad taste in your mouth. Also the trash people will launch bags of trash from the third floor so you will hear them come crashing down whenever they decide to show up which is always much later than the posted times. So watch out for broken glass when you walk your dog.
