  Disappointing experience with management and deposit refund. I cannot recommend this apartment complex due to their poor communication and mishandling of security deposits. They took weeks to process my deposit, which already exceeds Florida's legal timeframes. On top of that, they made an error and wrongfully deducted charges for days I did not live there. I have put a significant amount of effort into resolving this: • I sent multiple emails that went completely unanswered. • I visited the leasing office in person numerous times to address the issue. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing the error, the staff keeps giving me the runaround. Every time I go there, they just say they will look into it, but then they constantly pass me off to different people, and absolutely nothing gets done. It has been weeks of shifting responsibility with no actual solution. I am writing this review in hopes that upper management will finally take action. Save yourself the nightmare and stay far away from this place!

  This review is specially for Angelo. He is always so pleasant m, thorough and takes the time to explain exactly what work was completed and if any follow up is needed, and has been this way since I moved in. I appreciate folks like Angelo making what can be a frustrating experience a little less so.
