  I have truly enjoyed living at Tuscany Bay Apartments! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a great location close to everything we need. The amenities are a huge plus, and the atmosphere feels welcoming and comfortable. One person who has really stood out during my experience is Beverly Henry. She has been absolutely amazing from the very beginning! Beverly is professional, kind, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had questions or needed assistance, she has always gone above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly.

  Just moved in here last month and I couldn't be more happy with my experience, for starters Maya the Leasing Agent we worked with was super accommodating. The day we came in she was very sweet and showed us everything we needed to see and we loved the place as soon as we walked into the leasing office. For only being 30 minutes from downtown and moving from downtown originally with my roomates, it was a change of scenery but so worth it, cheaper prices, nicer community, AN AMAZING LOCATION, there are so many things that are around this area. The Airport as well is still so close. It's only been a month so I won't say that I won't have my eye out but everything has been great so far. Only thing I would want scaled up is the gym, if it was a little bigger and there was a stairmaster in there that would be great. But nonetheless I have had a great experience with Tuscany so far and would recommend the place to anybody. The apartments are also really clean and I haven't had any issues with pests other than a spider here and there. So if you are looking at other options I promise you me and my roomates looked at 10-15 other apartments before this one and as soon as we saw this place we new it was the right one for us.

  I absolutely love living at Tuscany Bay Apartments! The community is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. From the landscaped grounds to the clean amenities, you can tell the staff takes pride in keeping the property looking its best. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and have a modern feel that makes it easy to feel at home right away. The neighbors are friendly, and the overall atmosphere is safe and welcoming. One thing that really stands out is the excellent customer service from the leasing office and maintenance team. They are always helpful, professional, and quick to respond whenever needed, which makes a huge difference. The location is also a major advantage — close to shopping, dining, and entertainment while still offering a quiet retreat from the busy city life.

Overall, Tuscany Bay Apartments is a wonderful place to live and a community I would highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a well-kept environment.

  We were truly disappointed and frustrated with our experience. The property’s advertisement made everything seem so welcoming, especially with the special offers when signing in, so we came in with high expectations and excitement for our scheduled 12:30AM tour. Unfortunately, that experience quickly turned into frustration. When we arrived, one staff member was assisting another client, while another was in the office with coworkers. When she became available, she walked right past us without even acknowledging our presence. We waited for about 25 minutes, feeling completely overlooked and unimportant, and no one checked in on us or even let us know if someone would be with us shortly. It was disheartening and honestly upsetting to be treated that way, especially when we had taken the time to schedule a visit. In the end, we felt we had no choice but to leave.
