  I'm beyond excited to move into The Stevedore! The building is gorgeous, and you can instantly tell how much thought went into the design and upkeep of the property. But what really sealed the deal for me was the leasing team. A massive thank you to Destinee, Julia, Alexis, and Marco for their top-tier customer service. They were incredibly attentive, actually listened to what I was looking for, and made the whole process of finding a new home completely stress-free. I'm counting down the days until move-in!

  ​My experience with The Stevedore has been outstanding. The property is beautifully maintained, and the facilities are exceptionally well-constructed with a clear emphasis on quality and design. What truly distinguishes this complex, however, is the caliber of its staff. I want to specifically commend Destinee, Julia, Alexis, and Marco for providing unparalleled customer service. Their professionalism and strict attention to detail made the process of securing a new residence seamless. I highly recommend this building and look forward to calling it my new home.

  If you are looking for a new apartment, I cannot recommend The Stevedore enough. The customer service here is exceptional. Destinee, Julia, Alexis, and Marco went above and beyond to help me navigate the process and find the perfect floor plan. They are an incredibly attentive, genuinely helpful staff that actually listens to what you need. ​Aside from the stellar team, the building itself is beautiful. The amenities and layouts are incredibly well put together, with a clear attention to detail throughout the entire property. I walked away thoroughly impressed and I absolutely cannot wait for this to be my new home.

  So I had already paid a good amount of money to move somewhere else and was a week away from moving into it and told myself… maybe I should look at one other home just in case as I thought I loved the one I originally chose. HoWEVER, walking into The Stevedore was like walking into your own getaway oasis! The complex is absolutely stunning along with amazing floor plan options, with a beautiful dark wood cabinet option 😍. I thought it all stopped there BUT I mentioned a stunning complex but they also have a STUNNING staff! Idk how so many beautiful people work in the same office! Alexis was my go to and we had so much fun touring the property, she was super patient with my neediness and questions but made me feel right at home as soon as I walked in! Moved in yesterday and already having the best time!

  After looking through every notable location from Saint Pete to Water street I have found a true hidden gem in Tampa. The Stevedore by Kettler group embodies the true spirit of Ybor with a nod to the future of where Tampa is heading. The culture, amenities, and overall vibe was home as soon as I toured the property. Stevedore is not just an apartment, it’s a lifestyle. Walkable to the new Gasworx build, state of the art gym and yoga room, incredible pool area, community garden and true co-workspace on property. This community has around 300 plus units and I would get in while you can. Alexis was incredible making the tour to turn key process easy and fun. If you are looking for your next move I would rate this a true 5/5. Safe, clean, new, fun, luxury feel, walkable and community minded. If you’re looking for a decision you will never regret as a Tampa professional I would say two words. Welcome home. Thank you Stevedore for being such an awesome place to call home.
