  As someone who has lived in Tampa most of her life, I’ve been really impressed with The Stevedore so far. The location in Gasworx/Ybor is one of the biggest highlights it feels like you’re right in the middle of Tampa’s next major live-work-play neighborhood while still keeping the historic Ybor character. The property itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with great amenities like the rooftop spaces, pool area, and co-working lounges. The apartments have a high-end feel with modern finishes, open layouts, and a lot of natural light. I also appreciate how walkable the area is becoming, with restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and the streetcar nearby. It’s clear the community was designed with both convenience and lifestyle in mind. One thing that stands out is how much potential the entire Gasworx development has. You can tell this area is going to continue growing and becoming one of Tampa’s most desirable neighborhoods over the next few years. Overall, The Stevedore feels like a great option for anyone looking for a modern apartment with strong amenities, urban energy, and easy access to Downtown Tampa and Ybor City.

  My experience touring the Stevedore exceeded all expectations, from the friendly welcoming as I walked through the door to the thoughtful apartment designs. Alexis was there to help me along the way, she was very informative, knowledgeable and so sweet! This is truly a special building, the common areas are AMAZING, the design and color schemes are so beautiful, it feels like a resort! I cannot wait to see the final product of Gasworx!!

  I had a fantastic experience touring The Stevedore, and I can’t recommend Julia enough! She was incredibly personable and really went the extra mile to help me find the perfect unit. After touring many places in the area, the level of service here was unmatched! Beyond the great team, the building and amenities are gorgeous! Honestly, The Stevedore has some of the coolest designs I’ve ever seen for an apartment community. It’s also so exciting to be right in the heart of the new Gasworx development. There is so much coming to this neighborhood and I can’t wait to move in!

  The Stevedore, what can I say.. For one, and probably the most importantly, is the staff! The whole team is so nice and welcoming, and everyone was willing to go out of there to answer questions regarding the application and then once fully moved in, fulfilling requests. Destinee is super on top of everything (I'm assuming she's the big boss), and I assume she works 24/7 because she had responded to my late-night email around 8pm, which left me stunned! Marco is such a tall and interesting character, but very very outgoing and was an excellent guide as he helped me navigate through the complex. Funny story, I was moving in on Sunday around 8am and I was lost in the complex, all of the sudden Marco calls me asking how the move was and then said he was going to show up 15 minutes later to assist me in figuring out how to better enter my unit.. and he did! Mind you, the office on Sunday doesn't open until 1pm! Julia was funny, she helped me get my keys. And Alexis was always at the front with a sparkly smile ready to assist! The property itself is absolutely stunning, and the amenities are very impressive (they're working on a dog park and wash area too), but for me guest service and hospitality are core tenants of fostering growth and and the sense of family, and the team not only did that, but they absolutely excelled! Definitely look into the Stevedore, and being part of the Gasworx movement! YMMV, I got this gift bag filled with banana stuff because they just had a banana event!

  After touring well more than a dozen communities over the last few weeks, The Stevedore stands in a class of its own. The property is impeccably designed, with amenities that feel both refined and thoughtfully curated. What truly sets it apart though, is the service. Marco has delivered a level of professionalism and attentiveness that’s rare-knowledgeable, welcoming, and consistently exceptional across multiple visits we made there. He made the entire experience feel seamless and genuinely elevated. Because of both the property and the caliber of service, we are on the verge of making The Stevedore our next home.
