  Drove an hour on a random rainy Tuesday to check out this brand new complex. I wasn’t expecting a red carpet, champagne, or a personalized welcome committee. I just figured I could take a quick look around since I was already there. Instead, I spoke with Destiny at the front desk, who told me I had to book a tour online and that she couldn’t show me anything without an appointment. I explained that I had driven an hour to get there. Destiny’s response was essentially the customer service equivalent of a shrug. She didn’t seem particularly concerned that I had just spent two hours of my day driving there and back. I understand having procedures, but this felt unnecessarily rigid. It was a rainy Tuesday, the place was brand new, and I wasn’t asking for a 90 minute guided tour with a leasing consultant and power point presentation. I just wanted to see an apartment. If the goal is to make potential residents work really hard before they can even see what they might be paying thousands of dollars to live in, mission accomplished. The building may be brand new, but the customer service felt like it was still waiting for its grand opening.

  Destiny is great. I’ve lived here for about a month with so many different questions and her and the front desk team are absolutely outstanding with helping in anyway they can. They’re very accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. The property is absolutely stunning and a great bang for buck. Highly recommend.

  Pretty building and nice amenities. But Management doesn’t answer any emails. They claim they reply and they don’t.There was a cat by the pool and I emailed them saying someone’s cat might be loose and they didn’t reply or send out an email. The next day the cat was still out there and they did nothing about it or offered to help me after I went down there. I even said I’d bring it to a shelter if they could help me get it.

  Seeing this community online and in person was equally delightful! The complex is beautiful, the apartments are spacious, and the high-end finishes feel modern while preserving Ybor’s unique character. We toured in August 2026 and immediately fell in love. Marco was patient, helpful, and responsive as he showed us several units, and we appreciated the team’s flexibility when we later switched to a unit that better fit our needs. Our main challenge was discovering on move-in day that the selected unit did not have a balcony, despite the online floor plan and vicinity map suggesting otherwise. We were told this had also confused other prospective residents, so we strongly recommend updating the floor plans and site map to clearly identify which units have balconies and to accurately display other unit-specific features. These details should be verified and consistent across every online listing, floor plan, and map so prospective residents can confidently choose the right apartment before signing or moving in. Thankfully, the team responded quickly and worked with us to relocate to a unit that matched what we had toured and expected. Marco was especially solution-oriented, remaining positive, communicative, and focused on finding an outcome that worked for us. His responsiveness made a frustrating situation much easier to resolve, and we are extremely happy in our current apartment and love the community!

  I don’t leave reviews often but I have to give props where props are due! My wife, son, and I currently live in the area and are looking for something new, so we toured The Stevedore yesterday. The property is absolutely beautiful, but what stood out the most was Marco. He was juggling walk in tours, people moving in, and our tour was double booked online with someone else's. The way he smoothly handled everything was incredibly impressive. He made sure everyone was taken care of but never made us feel like he wasn't fully present for us. The unit we saw was gorgeous, but Marco's exceptional service is the real reason we will be applying. Thanks again, Marco!
