  I toured so many places across Tampa (N Hyde Park, Palma Ceia, downtown, etc.) and the Stevedore blew ALLLLLLLL of them out of the water - and for the same price if not cheaper!!! The property is seriously like a 5 star resort. My jaw was on the floor during the entire tour. The pool, gym, sky lounge, coworking space, all of it was seriously so beautiful. Alexis and Marco took so much time, care, and effort to show us many units until I found the perfect one for me. They never made us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing them, even though they are extremely busy with tons of people touring, moving in, etc. I would highly recommend taking a look at the Stevedore!

  The Stevedore is absolutely stunning. I toured many buildings in the area and this one won by far. The amenities are luxury, every hall is inspiring and the units are beautifully finished. I LOVE my new home and can’t wait to make many memories here. Destinee, Julia and Alexis are simply lovely, they truly make residents feel special. I toured on a Monday, signed the lease on Wednesday and moved in that Saturday (talk about efficiency) - I couldn’t have done it without these caring ladies’ attention to detail. Thank you thank you thank you! One more thing, I submitted a maintenance request and the team visited the following morning to take care of it. Wasn’t expecting such speed! The Stevedore residence is so well run - perfect combination of professional and warm.

  My move-in experience at The Stevedore Apartments was smooth and stress-free. I relocated from out of state, and the leasing agents were very accommodating, responsive, and made the entire process easy. The newly opened property is also nice, clean, and well maintained. I really appreciate how seamless they made my transition and would definitely recommend The Stevedore Apartments!

  I do not have enough amazing things to say about the Stevedore! The entire process from application to move-in day was smooth, the building is incredible, the amenities are really cool and they really help foster a sense of community, especially because they have events every week for the tenants. Perfect for WFH, since there are lounges and coworking spaces. I’m excited to see the neighborhood grow, super stoked for the cafe downstairs as well. Huge shoutout to Destinee for getting me all set up with my new home, and the rest of the staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and professional as well.

  I recently visited the property while searching for an apartment for my upcoming move and had a great experience. Marco and Alexis were welcoming, professional, and made me feel very comfortable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and listened to what was most important to me in a new apartment. After discussing my priorities, Marco provided a thorough tour of the property. The fitness center was clean and had brand-new, high-quality equipment. The grounds were also well maintained, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the community in excellent condition. One of my favorite features was the community garden. I thought it was a unique amenity—whether for cooking or even grabbing a few fresh herbs for a cocktail, it's a great addition that helps the property stand out. I toured several floor plans, and each one was well designed. The layouts felt functional without any awkward or wasted spaces. My only concerns are the required built-in Wi-Fi service and the additional parking fee. Since I work from home, having reliable, high-speed internet is essential/required, so I'd like more confidence in the performance and flexibility of the property's internet service. While I understand that amenities and services come with costs, it makes me feel that if the internet quality isn’t sufficient for my normal duties, I would have to get separate internet while paying for the communities mandatory internet. Overall, my experience was extremely positive. Marco and Alexis were great - the property is beautiful and well maintained, plus the amenities exceeded my expectations. My concerns are relatively minor compared to everything the community has to offer, and I'm looking forward to continuing conversations.
