  I have been a resident of The Lakes at Brandon West for over 3 years. The maintenance is top notch and responds to calls quickly and efficiently. The grounds are kept up immaculately as well. Of particular note the management staff is exceptional. You are not just another resident, they truly care about your living experience. They go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. I just want to give a special shout out to Yuly, she is truly a champion of the property!!! The driving force beyond our quality living experience. Thank you all...Dexter

  Living at The Lakes of Brandon has truly been an amazing experience. The community is peaceful, clean, and feels very safe, which brings so much comfort and peace of mind. One of the things that stands out the most is the management team Yuliesky, Cynthia and the rest of the management team— they are professional, caring, and always willing to help residents with kindness and respect. The maintenance team Edward, Samuel and the rest of maintenance team also deserve huge recognition. They are fast, efficient, and genuinely hardworking. Every maintenance request I’ve had was handled quickly and professionally, and the staff always made sure everything was completed properly. The atmosphere here is welcoming, family-friendly, and well-maintained. I appreciate how much effort is put into keeping the property beautiful and secure. It’s rare to find a place where management, maintenance, and safety all come together so well. I highly recommend The Lakes of Brandon to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to call home.

  My g/f & I have lived here for along time. Our experience has been great. From office staff to maintenance staff they have all been a pleasure, Especially Yulisky the manager. This place has been good to us and we appreciate it!

  I've been living here for about 7 years now and i can say that this is my favorite apartment complex I've ever lived at! They keep the grounds hella clean. They have a decent gym, nice grilling area, and a nice size pool. All the staff are really kind and help you out when you have a problem with anything. I would recommend this place to anyone who is living for a great place to live thats also close to everything on town.
