- JDJ DM4 days ago5.0I’ve been living at Grand Reserve for almost four months now, and my experience has been very positive. The leasing office has been incredibly helpful, especially Heather. From the beginning of the leasing process, she was informative, responsive, and made the move-in experience smooth and stress-free. About two months after I moved in, Heather even took the time to call and check in to see how everything was going, which I really appreciated. I also had an issue that I brought to the leasing office, and they addressed it promptly. After resolving it, they followed up with me to make sure everything had been completed to my satisfaction. It’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about their residents and providing excellent customer service.

They hooked me in with a 2-month free promotion, but suddenly claimed it wasn't available because my move-in date was for the end of June 2026. They suggested a different unit without the promotion price, but while I was in the "verification phase," that unit was given to another tenant. When they finally provided a third option, their 3rd-party income verification was extremely unprofessional and took 10 days to complete. They offered no solutions during the delay, and by the time it was finished, that unit was also gone. I wasted an entire month of my home search on them. I'm actually relieved my family won't be living here. Truly the worst experience ever.
