Over all this complex is nice. Don’t expect management to enforce the signed lease though on noise control. Management is nice but response time on issues leaves much to be desired. It has been almost 2 months since I started emailing management on an A/C issue and reimbursement and still no resolution. Communication is poor and I only hear from them when I email them.

**10/3 update after being here for ~ 6 weeks. The move in was great. Since, been a nightmare!
Maintenance: Guys are super nice. But response time is incredibly slow (not their fault). One example of many, I was not able to use my dryer for almost 2 months! It would take two cycles to dry even a little bit. The top of the dryer got dangerously hot. I reported this and mentioned it being a possible fire hazard. It took about 2 weeks to finally get “the guy” out here and he found the vent so badly clogged he even made it a point to call me over and show me how bad it was! So that wasn’t cleaned or checked before I moved in and caused a possible fire hazard.
Refrigerator light out, cockroaches, kitchen, stadium light out, A/C filter flashing, MB Bath vent not working, garage door issues and sporadic Internet dies in my unit (if you work remote only offer Spectrum … be aware) round out 6 weeks here.
If you’re not on the 3rd floor, expect to know in intimate detail the type of walkers and hours they are up walking around above you. The floor to ceiling below the units are ultra thin and creek and you hear EVERYTHING above you! So if the people above you are night owls, don’t expect any good sleep. If they have a dog or kiddos, even worse.
Barking dogs non stop. Reporting it (depends on who you initially report it to) expect push back and attitude. Took 4 weeks for them to take any kind of initial action on the pooch that barked for hours and hours non stop. Simply letting them know to give them a chance as they might not know when they’re not home is all I asked. The “manager” had to be involved which took weeks. For example it’s 12:15am at night, above me feet going back and forth and back and forth and dog barking next door.
So far this has been a horrible place to call home so far. Very nice upkeep grounds and clubhouse for sure.
I was told by the person leasing agent (as I was very concerned about other than a third floor) “I never hear people above me.” I don’t know how that’s even possible. Maybe different buildings different experiences.
I always give good reviews when I experience them like my move in experience. But just wanted to make sure to be honest my experiences so for any future person(s) looking to call this place home.
Excellent move in experience! Everyone has
been so friendly and so helpful! The units and property are super nice, clean and modern. A few small issues I had were addressed very quickly and thoroughly by the maintenance crew and the front desk staff. Heather was really great helping me get situated in my new place! Thank you so much everyone!

Great place to have a starter 1-bedroom apartment. Community is friendly. I do think this place needs a sidewalk or a playground.
Since there are lots of families with kids here. You sometimes find them playing on the roads.
