I have genuinely enjoyed my life here over the past 10 months. This apartment has been part of a new chapter for me, and I’ve created a lot of positive memories here. The property itself is beautiful, and for the most part my experience has been great. Most of the staff have been welcoming, professional, and have contributed positively to the experience of living here.
Because of that, this review isn’t coming from a place of anger. One interaction doesn’t ruin my experience, and it certainly doesn’t define my time here. However, I do think feedback matters.
My biggest concern involved an interaction with one of the newer staff members, possibly a leasing consultant with blonde hair, although I don’t fully remember. She approached us without introducing herself or even saying hello and immediately began telling us what to do. It wasn’t the request itself that bothered me — it was the way it was delivered. A simple greeting and a respectful tone can completely change an interaction. Professionalism isn’t about acting tough or authoritative; it’s about making people feel respected while still getting your point across.
I’ve worked in customer-facing environments myself, and I’ve also toured and interacted with leasing consultants at other properties who have shown customer service that was genuinely exceptional and unmatched. It reminded me that people may forget exactly what was said, but they usually remember how they were made to feel.
I also want to mention an ongoing maintenance concern. I’ve requested for the light outside my door to be repaired for quite some time now, and unfortunately it still has not been addressed. Small things matter because they become part of everyday life, and follow-through is important.
Overall, I truly have enjoyed my time here and appreciate being able to call this place home during this chapter of my life. I had honestly been hoping to renew my lease in the future, but experiences — both with service and responsiveness — do naturally become part of that decision. A beautiful property is important, but what truly makes people stay is feeling valued, respected, and taken care of.
Luxury isn’t only in the buildings and amenities. It’s in the experience.
