  Exceptional company, would definitely recommend giving Ian a call for any mortgage needs. He is straight to the point and got my loan closed in about 2 weeks start to finish.

  My husband and I needed funds very quickly. We always thought of a bank and you know the long drawn out process, tax, the bank statements, and the biggest downer, are not so good credit scores, and might as well kiss a loan good bye in need. I was so desperate. This loan was based on collateral. We never really thought anything like this existed, only programmed to go to a bank. I got a tip from a phone call that I made to a friend, trying to borrow, and he asked, “Why don’t you get a collateral loan?” I called my son asap. Then he forwarded the website, with phone number, The Associates Home Loan Of Florida, in which was on a Sunday, unaware of the day, with so desperately calling on help. Brent, in Marketing, called me back that same day. Then the team, the next day, Monday, Loren, a Broker, and her Asst, Crystal, got to work ASAP, getting titles to make sure cleared, getting a loan plan worked out, with their Boss, Frank. It was all personalized with their dedication sincere and caring. Brent called me back with sincerity of the care in his heart to help us! We did get our loan quickly. I can say also Loren and Crystal were so sweet and understanding in of our desperate matter. Thank you so much for the hard work to make our loan happen! I would suggest anyone that this is the way to go to save your home, or even need funds to help you in anyway, to be quick. It is less hassle than a bank.
