  Mike is def the best! He is superb in his job and very professional! I def recommend him. He goes above and beyond to find what you are looking for and has a huge patience! I wasn't his easiest client for sure, but nevertheless he did a wonderful job both times I have purchase a house with him and whatever many other time I decide to buy a house I will always look for his services. I highly recommend him!

  My case was pretty straight forward for the most part, I met Mike at a showing and basically said "I want this". However, Mike was great during the whole process and in explaining what to expect (first time buyer). He helped track down an answer about a piece of construction that had been done and if the warranty was transferable as well as assist in smooth communication with the seller. Finally, the movers of the buyer had dinged up a wall and he was great in getting someone out there in a timely fashion to fix it. Without a doubt I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

  We are so happy that we chose Mike and Michelle to find the perfect home for us!! It was really important for us to find a realtor that stayed in contact with us and gave us quick responses. Michelle did just that! This was our first time buying a home so it was really helpful that Mike and Michelle were with us through EVERY step of the process! They both did an awesome job scheduling house tours. We saw several houses back to back in a matter of a couple hours! After the first few house tours- Michelle knew exactly what I liked and what I did not like in a home. We really appreciated their feedback as well! And..for the icing on the cake- Mike and Michelle were super friendly and we had a great time with them! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for an experienced realtor that knows the Tampa area very well!

  Unsure about what to do or who to trust as you cautiously return to the housing market? Go with the Mike & Michelle Team. Period. Impressively, your home is their number one priority. While I’m sure that they were concurrently selling many properties because of their successful reputation, we had no doubt that they were giving 100% effort to ours. It felt that every moment of their time was dedicated to helping us reach the very best outcome. Every text or email was returned in minutes if not seconds. We had done our research in choosing a realtor and not one other agent maintained the level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and competence exhibited by the Mike & Michelle Team. I must stress another aspect of the Mike & Michelle Team that is truly unique. I was very pleased at how comfortable they were to work with. Phone calls last as long as YOU want or need them to. No rushed answers or dismissed concerns. As they toured our home and explained the selling process to us, I immediately felt as though we had trusted family friends on our side. It is no secret that selling your home can be a stressful event but the Mike & Michelle Team remained so focused and well planned that it alleviated most if not all of those jitters.
