  Do not move here I cannot stand these people. It will take your money for things that they should be held accountable for they will not work with you and are not for their tenants. Do not rent from them ever. This place looks like it’s nice but I promise you it is a scam! I literally cried when I moved into this apartment because the pictures were false from Google And the reviews do not accurately reflect this horrible team

  DO NOT LIVE HERE — Save Yourself the Headache I lived here for two years, and honestly, this was the WORST apartment experience of my life. The entire property is dirty, run-down, and poorly managed. There is trash everywhere, dog poop throughout the community, and neighbors who refuse to clean up after themselves and somehow blame everything on the squirrels. The maintenance team is a joke. They are incompetent, unprofessional, and instead of actually fixing problems, they put a temporary Band-Aid on everything and call it a day. We submitted around 8 maintenance requests for our AC because it kept breaking, and instead of replacing the ancient unit, they kept “fixing” it. We had to deal with the Florida heat for MONTHS because they couldn’t be bothered to properly resolve the issue. And some of the maintenance staff are just downright creepy and inappropriate. One particular employee made me extremely uncomfortable with the way he looked at women. It was disgusting and completely unprofessional. What makes it worse is that the property supposedly has a nonsmoking policy, yet I personally saw him smoking while driving around in the maintenance cart. Apparently the rules only apply to residents. There are dogs left outside on patios barking all day AND all night, and management does absolutely nothing. It seems like as long as these people are paying rent, management doesn’t care what they do. The laundry room is disgusting trash, horrible smells, and just an overall nasty environment. I’ve even seen someone who appeared to be homeless washing clothes there while smoking. At night, the property does not feel safe at all. There is poor lighting and way too many sketchy people walking around. The neighbors were another nightmare. We had a family of around 8 people living next door in a 2-bedroom apartment, and it was absolute chaos. We repeatedly complained about their trash ending up on our side, their dog barking all night, and other issues, yet management did NOTHING. One of their kids even shot and killed a bird with a BB gun, and somehow that still wasn’t enough for management to do anything. The trash service is also ridiculous. They charge a monthly fee for trash pickup, yet there were multiple days when our trash was properly placed outside and they simply didn’t pick it up. And if they missed a day and you had two days’ worth of trash outside, they would only take one bag/day’s worth. Like…how does that make any sense when we are PAYING for the service? Overall, this place is Ghetto, poorly maintained, and completely lacking in management. The buildings are ancient, the property is dirty, maintenance is terrible, and management seems to ignore problems until residents eventually give up. My lease finally ended last month, and I couldn’t be happier to be OUT. I’m paying a little more for my new apartment, but the cleanliness, peace, safety, and tranquility are worth every penny. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I would NEVER live here again.

  Hi, first of all, your fitness center is not working properly. There are two treadmills, and neither one of them works. Second, many residents do not clean up after their dogs. There is dog waste everywhere, and the trash situation is terrible. The condition of the garbage area is especially bad. There are also a lot of bugs and other pests in our apartment. We pay for pest control, but during the almost three years we have lived here, someone has only come twice, both times at the very beginning of our tenancy. We pay for our apartment and expect the services and maintenance that are included to actually be provided. Please address these issues and take the necessary action.

  I have lived her since May 2026 and I could not have ask for a better apartment complex to live in. From the moment I toured the facilities, to moving in and even maintenance requests, everything has been flawless. The scenery is beautiful and peaceful along with walking trails, I couldn't ask for another place to live. I highly recommend this place to live.

  If anyone is planning on leasing here, SPEAK WITH LATISHA!! She makes the process so organized, easy to understand, and she is so incredibly helpful with anything and everything. She explains everything in a way that is much more straightforward instead of using “apartment jargon” to confuse you. She has sent emails, made phone calls, and spoken to management on my behalf to make sure I get the best possible outcome and she truly is the best.
