  Maintenance very slow getting things fixed. They'll show up within a day or 2 to work/fix an issue but if unable to fix it they don’t come back until you complain every day for days on days. And just very inconsistent on the enforcement of certain rules within the complex

  No one had addressed my washer and dryer, or provided me with a new air filter per my request. The did replace the three blinds I had requested. I’ve been inquiring about this since 6/13 with no results.

  i moved here in january and have been very happy here! the pool is great when i have the time to use it, i love looking out my window at the lake and seeing the wildlife using it, it’s also lovely to be able to walk my dog around the lake and there are dog waste disposal areas throughout the community (although i do wish more of the community used them). my only complaints would be that the dog park is in rough shape. structures falling over, rusted, and metal sticking up that could easily cut you or your dog. i am hoping management will read this and consider replacing the play structures and revamping the dog park as id use it way more often if they did! i also wish that the door-to-door trash pickup (which is a mandatory monthly fee) included boxes. as it is, i placed a small cardboard box out with my trash bag and they would not collect it. overall, i really enjoy living here and hope to stay with Sabal Palm for a few more years! ◡̈
