  Samantha did a great job answering all of our questions and informing us of how things work. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem like a good fit for my elderly parents. Too big of an apartment complex. Thanks for your time.

  The customer service is excellent, everyone is so kind, helpful, and welcoming. The property is beautiful, and the apartments look amazing. Highly recommend!

  Management was very welcoming. The team answered all my questions. Touring the complex the apartments were good sized and especially liked the dog park for my furry friend. Felt safe in the area apts are located. Oh and plenty of parking.

  I’ve had a really good experience at Sabal Palm at Carrollwood. The location is super convenient, and the community feels quiet and well-maintained. The landscaping and green areas make it feel very comfortable, and the pool area is a nice spot to relax. The staff has always been helpful and easy to communicate with, which makes everything smoother. Parking is usually easy to find, and overall the community has a nice, peaceful vibe. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it.
