Terrible service. I've called numerous times and when I finally get through it through the person answering the phone today was very rude and hung up on me

This edit is in response to Zoe Green contacting me through Facebook messenger asking me to edit my review.
You told me that you just read this review and had no idea of the problems I had with Jeanette and Chas. That is incorrect because you were CC'd in many of our email exchanges and I even spoke to you directly. I asked you to release me from my contract and you refused. You said I could sell my house through you instead if I didn't like my realtors. Zoe Green, you are a pathetic liar.
After wasting six months with your company I put my house FSBO on Zillow. It took me exactly TWO DAYS to sell my house (sign the contract) for the asking price and the buyer paid all closing costs. I still received phone calls for over a year after selling my house from buyers willing to purchase it for the asking price. I received more offers in a week than I did the entire six months with your company.
You think I am stupid Zoe Green, but I knew your game from the beginning and what to expect from a realtor.

Completely incompetent. Compulsive liars.
So, after three months of stagnation and poor customer service I sent my realtors this email:

Hello Jeanette and Chas,
You have made empty promises and have not kept up your end of our agreement.
Here is a short list of why I think we should terminate our relationship.
1. Didn't receive a copy of the contract I asked to be emailed to me since the first day.
2. Didn't return my USB drive with which I provided photos of the house.
3. Didn't help find contractors nor provide me with anyone with helpful input about remodeling as promised.
4. Didn't call me once a week as promised. (Went from calling me three times a week before I signed to once a month after I signed; each time only to get me to lower the selling price.)
5. Didn't reply to my question about the effect of the falling dollar on real estate.
6. Didn't postpone my appointments when I asked.
7. Didn't contact me back when I asked about owner financing.
I feel that I've given you enough time to prove to me that you weren't the typical realtor.
So far, you've confirmed my expectations of doing nothing.
Thank you,
William

Three days after sending this email, they contacted me and said they found a buyer and were finishing up the paperwork.
Almost a week after telling me they found a buyer, they said the buyer changed their mind.
Still they haven't emailed me a copy of the contract nor have they returned my USB drive as recently requested.
This morning I find that they went ahead and reduced my listing price without my consent or notifying me.
So.. I sent them another email.

Hello Jeanette and Chas,
I noticed that you have changed the listing price of my house without my permission.
As I stated on the phone with Chas, I would be willing to think about it IF you (1) reduce your commission (2) return my USB drive.
I made two appointments to meet with Chas that were both broken on the same day because (1) he was out getting a haircut (2) he was out shopping
Also, I still did not get the original contract that was promised to be emailed to me in PDF format.
Furthermore... NO, I do not want my listing changed again.
I DID NOT with it changed in the first place without my consent.
I consider your poor customer service, lack of communication, and failure to do any task requested to be a breach of our agreement.
I will be filing an official complaint to the Division of Real Estate if you choose to ignore my email as you have with the previous one.
Thank you,
William

So... I've received no response to either email. Only a phone message from Chas saying he "heard" about the emails but didn't bother reading them. Called him and asked him to terminate our contract on Sunday. He promised he would have a form emailed to me. Still haven't gotten it. Who would have guessed?
