  Over the past few years, I have stayed in many short-term rentals, and Sonia Gominguez has been the best property manager with whom I have worked. She has promptly helped with everything I needed, including booking, check-in, and maintenance requests. I highly recommend Sonia because she has consistently been responsive and supportive.

  We had an excellent experience with this property management team during our one-week stay at a short-term rental home in November 2025. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. Everything was in great condition, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Sonia, the property manager, was outstanding—very responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. She added thoughtful touches throughout the home, including a welcome basket with snacks and treats that made us feel instantly welcomed and at ease. After a long and stressful trip from up north, she also graciously accommodated our very late arrival, which we really appreciated. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

  Sonia is an amazing property manager. She’s been able to get me out of a bind multiple times, swiftly and without a fuss. Honestly, if it wasn’t for her help, I wouldn’t have been able to rent my property so quick. Plus, she’s easy to talk to. 10/10 recommend!
