  Sonia goes above and beyond for her clients. Her response time is impressive, and she excels at communication. She has a whole network of professionals she can connect with to ensure things are running smoothly at her properties (plumbers, electricians, A/C co's, handyman, etc.). She puts "special touches" at the properties and has the knowledge and experience you really want in a property manager.

  Sonia was absolutely amazing throughout our entire stay! She is truly one of the best property managers I’ve ever dealt with. From the beginning, she was extremely responsive, professional, kind, and helpful with every question we had. She made everything easy and stress free and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great experience. Her communication was excellent, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the guests and the property. It’s rare to come across someone as welcoming, organized, and attentive as Sonia.   Over the past few years, I have stayed in many short-term rentals, and Sonia Gominguez has been the best property manager with whom I have worked.
