One thing I can say is that when I have a problem Lhea Ware is in the office ready to listen an help me in any way she can. Property manager Omar Martinez is there to listen an give a hand . Thank u kindly for all ur help

No problems at all my transition was a steady smooth process. He is there every step of the way. But again I want to think him and te rest if the staff my apartment ok amazing
- QLQueen Leah4 days ago5.0Oak chase I lived here when I was a kid so to grow up and come back was very nostalgic, This place has been cleaned up so much since then and me and my kids love it here. It’s nice and quiet, and the manager Omar Martinez was so helpful through the whole moving in process and just anything we needed he was there to help! Love my apartment and love the staff everyone is great !

- LPLeah PoohJul 30, 20261.0I do not recommend these apartments. Omar promised me apartment that was going to be everything new in the place. Instead he gave to someone else even though I paid as well had ne to wait at least 2 weeks until I could move in. So that being said I had to kick 1,500 for a hotel room. When I moved in there were mildew in the apartment plus my fridge wasn't working so has a single pregnant mother I had to replace my groceries. They didn't send me my fridge until two months after I moved in I kept complaining. Now as for rent I confirmed to his help which Ms. Leah I'm was going to to behind rent she said ok she got me. My insurance company sent them a check to help me out and still no check now they putting me out while I'm 8th month pregnant not responding to my insurance company or even try to find out what happened to the check. I will not recommend for anyone to stay here.
