Your company is absolutely pathetic praying on people that dont know any better. YOU LOST THE LISTING OF MY 3 HOMES AND MY DAUGHTERS HOME!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you a teardown house that they will get you pennies for. Mark Spain, you are why people dislike and dont trust realtors! And if you decide to try to get this deleted know that it is on next door and facebook.

I called for info about possibly listing my house with Mark Spain Tampa. Very nice young lady scheduled an appointment within a few days. Appointments was Saturday at 11AM. I received multiple texts reminding me and asking me to cancel if the time didn’t work. At 11:20 no one had shown up so I called them. Was advised they would reach out to the agent, Roxanne Mestre, who was a scheduled to meet with me and have her call me with an ETA. 11:40AM nothing. Don’t schedule something and then totally ghost me. Very unprofessional and plain rude. My time is valuable too.Avoid Mark Spain Tampa if you actually want to work with someone.
