  I had a very uncomfortable experience with a representative from Mark Spain Real Estate. He came to my home regarding a possible sale after I had decided I no longer wanted to move forward. While at my home, he continued trying to convince me to sell and attempted to take pictures inside my home. I told him multiple times that I wanted him to leave, and he did not immediately leave. I eventually told him I would call the police. After the situation, he contacted police and made negative statements about my home and my children. The entire experience made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe in my own home. I contacted Mark Spain Real Estate afterward and reported what happened. I hope the company takes this complaint seriously because nobody should feel pressured or intimidated inside their own home by someone who came there for business.

  First Mark Spain's commercials are not all true. I got low balled for two offers from Mr. Spain's company. They thought this Hispanc guy was going to fall for it. Then, the house gets posted online, many looked the advertisement and no takers. Then, l was asked to lower the price with only a month of advertisement. I caved in by the realtor and people showed up, looked and no offers. Now the realtor wants to lower the price...again, but the price he suggested which was way too cheap. I went for a final $350,000. Suddenly a buyer shows up. They did the electronic signing and l held to read it. I found that somebody who wrote the contract added my washer and dryer without my consent. My Spain realtor said he "read" the contract and didn't see that part. I clearly said, the price is for the house. Nothing else and didn't consent to "give away" my washer and dryer. According to him, he didn't want to lose the sale for a washer and dryer. My point is, if l'm trusting my realtor to have my back, l asked if he read the contract and he replied YES. There's something called, trust. What should l do? I'm a retired DV military. Customs and courtesy is key for success and good outcomes. Today's showing...l found a window broken out of the rails. Nobody wants to take responsibility. I fix it as best as l could because its raining. So far, l can't say l'm enjoying my Mark Spain experience.
