  Per the “rules” of Lofton place, ZERO GRILLING in balcony, tell me how there was someone grilling in the building in front of the maintenance shed? At 9:50pm? Also per the “rules email” they keep sending, why is it a group of 8 people in the pool with food and alcohol at night on a Sunday at 10pm? Pathetic. But can’t complain because we have submitted an order for them to fix our sink that seems like they want to wait for us to leave so they can fix it. Mean while want us to live in misery while we pay rent every single day. And not to mention the poor quality maintenance they do. The grill party was in second floor in building 5428.

  Honestly, I’m trying to have all the patience in the world dealing with the leasing office but I’m getting my wits end. From problems getting my WiFi set up to problems with their move in specials it’s getting annoying. I’m getting empty promises and it’s resulting in extra fees that’s impacting my health and wellbeing. Surviving my year here then moving on. No one wants to live with constant issues and misinformation.

  I toured and got a quote and fell in love with the unit and told the leasing agent I was applying for the room. I applied that day and it wouldn’t work online. I call and emailed her. Nothing. The next day I got in touch with someone else that also was of no help. She said she would call me back and kept giving me the run around. By midday when I got in touch with them again they said the unit was already gone. I had toured 10 other apartments and every one of them sent me emails to apply and follow ups, yet this is the only one I tried to apply to and they refused to even send me an application or answer my emails. The staff was completely unhelpful and lacking in professionalism and competence. I didn’t bother trying to apply again because the way they ran that office told me I would not be able to come to them with any problems. I definitely dodged a bullet after reading all these awful reviews.

  Property is beautiful and very well-kept. Johanna, the Manager was absolutely amazing! I will be moving in soon.
