- DMDaniela MoralesJun 7, 20261.0Per the “rules” of Lofton place, ZERO GRILLING in balcony, tell me how there was someone grilling in the building in front of the maintenance shed? At 9:50pm? Also per the “rules email” they keep sending, why is it a group of 8 people in the pool with food and alcohol at night on a Sunday at 10pm? Pathetic. But can’t complain because we have submitted an order for them to fix our sink that seems like they want to wait for us to leave so they can fix it. Mean while want us to live in misery while we pay rent every single day. And not to mention the poor quality maintenance they do. The grill party was in second floor in building 5428.
