  I’ve visited this apartment complex many times to spend time and stay with friends. Based on what I’ve personally seen during those visits, I would look elsewhere before choosing to live here.

  I lived here for five years, and in all that time, I never once saw the front gate actually work. Because of that, homeless people regularly entered the property, slept on the grounds, and stole items from the pool area. Security was a constant concern. At night, people would drive through the property at high speeds, and there were incidents of drunk drivers crashing into cars. The broken gate made it easy for anyone to come and go without restriction. I also had ongoing maintenance issues with my apartment. I reported a water leak in my ceiling, but management simply painted over it instead of fixing the problem. About a year later, water was pouring through my ceiling. It took about a month and a half for the repairs to be completed, and when the work was finally done, dust was left all over my furniture and belongings with no effort made to clean up. It’s disappointing because this could be a nice place to live if management took security and maintenance concerns seriously. After living here for five years, I can’t recommend this property based on my experience.

  Kayla is always so kind and helpful! The apartment itself is ok, the area can get a little noisy sometimes. However Kayla is so helpful!
