  I stayed here for several months while on military orders. The apartments are reasonably priced, clean, and well maintained. The staff are especially helpful and courteous, particularly Kayla and Rafael, and made the experience simple and easy. I would recommend this complex for any young professionals working near the city looking for an affordable but pleasant living arrangement.

  Legend Oaks is a community that deserves recognition! 🌟🏡 I’ve had a really positive experience with Legend Oaks, and there are several things that stand out about this community. The overall atmosphere is welcoming, comfortable, and family-friendly, and it’s clear that the team works hard to create a place where residents can feel at home. From the moment I walked in the leasing office Kayla, stood out as someone who genuinely cares about the people she is helping. She is professional, patient, knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. You can tell that she takes pride in what she does and wants residents and prospective residents to feel heard, respected, and valued. She is an AMAZING asset to Legend Oaks! 💕 Her professionalism, kindness, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to help absolutely deserve to be recognized. Employees like her can make a HUGE difference in someone’s experience with an apartment community. The community itself has a lot to appreciate. Legend Oaks has a great location, a welcoming atmosphere, and the potential to really feel like home. I also appreciate having a community where residents can interact with staff and have their concerns heard. The fact that the property has been around and serving residents for years says a lot about its place in the community. I also want to give credit to the Legend Oaks leasing/management team as a whole. The staff have been welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, and it’s clear that having people who are willing to work with residents and answer their questions makes a difference. If you’re considering Legend Oaks, I definitely recommend giving them a chance and speaking with Kayla. She is a true example of what excellent customer service should look like, and I sincerely hope management recognizes the value she brings to the community.

  Absolutely amazing hospitality from day 1! I spoke with Kayla Crooks over the phone and she was very easy to talk to and made me feel at home with her slogan "come on home". It was like I was talking to my landlord already. Once we established a schedule to meet about viewing, I went there and Leidy showed me the neighborhood and my apartment with such joy. Leidy is a person who puts others before herself and after speaking with her, you can see what i mean. I was so surprised that everyone was warm-hearted. They all felt like family. I finalized my paperwork with Kayla which was very easy because she went through everything thoroughly and answered every last question I had detail by detail! If you are ever confused about anything, she will do everything in her power to get that answer. Both these woman should be highlighted and recognized. The apartment is really nice but what sold me was the hospitality! Thank You all again!

  Leasing was easy and quick thanks to the leasing specialist, Kayla. She along with the rest of the office staff are helpful and welcoming. Apartment was ready to move in and I absolutely love it! This is my first time having a renting process be enjoyable and easy.
