  The worst management ever. They have gone through 4 managers within my 15 months of staying there. Two dogs have attacked my dog with no follow up. Package room is a mess, no parking, you have to hunt down management for anything, no one is ever on the same page, walls are paper thin. Any good review is done due to them begging for it, dog poop everywhere, bri the regional manager has no idea what is going on neither does the VP of customer experience Brian , you pay an insane amount for the lowest quality apartments. Moved out last month and they have mystery charged that they emailed us agreeing they messed up on yet won’t figure it out. Luigi is the only helpful person there. WiFi is slow and goes out every month if not multiple times a month, dog poop in the pool. Live anywhere else Don’t bother asking to reach out to me to “discuss this issue”, fix your billing issues and do your job correct just once! Thanks!

  We absolutely love living here! The building is beautifully decorated, the amenities are fantastic, and it truly feels like living at a resort. The staff are always warm, friendly, and attentive. A special shoutout to Navyana, who greets everyone with such kindness and is always so welcoming and helpful. She makes us feel like we’re part of an amazing community. Highly recommend!

  I’ve lived at La Union for 15 months now and love it! I just resigned for another year and am very happy with my apartment and all of the amenities the property has to offer. The property itself is beautiful and all of the residents are very friendly. The leasing and maintenance staff here are also all amazing! Navyana especially has always been so sweet and if I’ve ever had any issues she has helped with getting them resolved quickly! My dog and I frequent the leasing office often for his daily treats, so the leasing office knows us pretty well and are always very friends! I would highly recommend living here if you are looking at apartments in the area!

  I would like to acknowledge the La Union management staff. They constantly go above and beyond to make our apartment community feel like home. When “things go left”. They respond in a timely manner and they always communicate about issues that affect the apartment community. Special shout out to Navyana! Her attention to the package room is appreciated. The package room is challenging because of its design. She is always willing to assist residents with managing their deliveries. You will always find a smile on her face and a welcoming attitude in her demeanor! 😎
