  This complex has a multitude of problems. Whole building has flies throughout the hallways and in units. Management is slow to respond to or even address unit issues. And the parking garage has become a nightmare

  I would strongly caution anyone considering living here. The building has a severe phorid fly infestation that has gotten progressively worse, and management has failed to take meaningful action despite repeated complaints from multiple residents. The infestation is so bad that residents are dealing with flies constantly swarming around their apartments, including around food. I personally no longer cook or eat in my apartment because flies end up in my food. I know of other residents who have resorted to eating in their cars because the problem is that severe. This is clearly not an isolated issue within one apartment. Multiple residents have complained, and pest control has reportedly told residents that they cannot resolve the problem with routine unit-level treatment because it is a building-wide issue that requires management to address the underlying source. Despite how serious and disruptive this has become, the issue continues to worsen. Residents should not be paying rent for apartments where they cannot comfortably prepare or eat food because of an ongoing pest infestation. Management needs to stop treating this like a minor individual pest complaint and take immediate, building-wide action to identify and eliminate the source. Until that happens, I would not recommend this property to anyone.

  Nice management very helpful wonderful amenities good location, but the floors are very thin, you will hear every movement every hour every day for your entire lease. It’s draining considering the cost of rent.

  I have lived at La Union for 18 months and we absolutely love it here. The complex has so many wonderful amenities that we fully enjoy and the location is amazing. So many fun things to do in the neighborhood. The entire staff is so professional and friendly, especially Denise Golena who is quick to respond to any problems that may arise.

  I’ve lived here for almost a year, and unfortunately, my experience has been pretty frustrating. My biggest issue is with the leasing office. They never answer the phone, and when I leave a voicemail/email or have an important question, I don’t hear back. When I first moved in, I also had issues with water coming in around my windowsill, which caused some of the wood to rot. I also had mold spores coming out of the vent in my bedroom, (as pictured below). Overall, my biggest complaint is the lack of communication from the leasing office. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get a response when you have questions or problems with your apartment. I would definitely think twice before signing a lease here. ** response to La Unions response. *** I have sent you 8 emails in the last 2 weeks to that exact email address you provided. I find it comical that someone on the team took the time to respond to my bad review but still hasn’t responded to my numerous voicemails and emails
