  Nothing works from the doors to the garage gates. Everything is a hassle even getting mail

  Save your money and move somewhere else! I was one of the first residents to move in here and my apartment when I moved in looked like a construction zone. It was evident there was no final cleaning done before I moved in. Then a month or two later my A.C went out for over a week. Imagine living in florida when it’s 90+ degrees out and all you have is a window unit my apartment was blazing hot. Then after that my car got towed because they implemented a new orange sticker rule that they sent 1 email regarding. Now if you look in the garage over half the cars don’t have the correct orange sticker to park there. How they get to park in the garage without getting towed is beyond me. Then after that I had a homeless man try to break into my apartment for an hour at 3 a.m. the police had to FORCIBLY remove him. Not to mention I’ve had an astronomical amount of packages stolen from the “secure package room”. Not too secure if I’ve had as many packages stolen as I have!! All to say that La Union calls themselves a “Luxury Apartment Complex” and they are far from it. Don’t let the aesthetic finishes fool you move somewhere else it’s not worth it!!!!

  I recently leased an apartment and had such a great experience that I had to share. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free and that’s all thanks to Navyana.   The “luxury apartment living” they advertise is False. The units themselves have cheap finishes, and everything seems to break or wear down far too quickly. For a property that markets itself as luxury and charges premium rent, the quality simply does not match the price. The soundproofing is terrible, you hear neighbors constantly, and the garage is chaotic with not nearly enough parking for residents and guests. The package system is also a nightmare and has been one of the most frustrating parts of living here I have have multiple lost and misplaced packages. What makes it worse is the leasing staff’s poor customer service and complete lack of urgency when issues arise. Concerns are not handled with the level of professionalism you would expect at this price point. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I am honestly so excited for my lease to end. Save yourself the frustration and take your money elsewhere.

  I would be very hesitant to rent from here. Management seems to be very disorganized when I toured. They have been open since 2024 but they say the are still working on fixing the bike storage catastrophe and storage rooms since they opened. Seems suspicious if you ask me. The government construction workers act quicker than that. Finishes in the apartments are also pretty rough for being new.
