  We’ve toured the property with Lisa and she was great! Very fun, personable, and informative! Oh and the apartments and community areas were nice, lit, and clean! Stellar !

  Great location, easy to walk to the gym (Crunch or Gold’s) Publix and basically any other place that you want to go between Sparkman and Water Street. It is right next to the Selmon Greenway which is a nice path to take. It is also right next to Pour House which has great coffee. Friendly neighborhood, dog friendly, EV charging easily accessible. It is easy to get in and out of the garage. The garage arm itself does not require a fob, you receive a sticker that the arm will read so there is not the sit and wait for the gate to open fob experience. Another great aspect is the amount of elevator access. You’re not sharing one elevator per floor - there are 3 per floor or you can use the staircase which is clean and well maintained. I would consider a tour if you’re looking for a place to live in Channelside.

  We’ve had a great first impression of our new apartment. The apartment and hallways are clean and well maintained. Kim did a great walkthrough and orientation with us when we moved in, and she has been wonderful with customer service, knowledgeable, transparent, enthusiastic, and always quick to return our calls. We also had a great experience with Julio from maintenance, he provided hotel-like customer service, was knowledgeable, personable, fast, and left everything clean. We submitted a maintenance request yesterday evening, and by the next morning all the little issues had already been resolved. Great service all around!

  Kim was amazing throughout the process. She took care of all of our questions and did the initial walkthrough with us. The current apartment complex where I live (Altis Grand Central) just gave us a sheet to fill out and the unit was full of defects. Definitely appreciated the personal assistance on move in day.
