  Enthusiastic Mavis was absolutely fantastic! She provided an excellent tour and took the time to explain every aspect of the property, including the neighborhood conveniences and the overall community atmosphere. She clearly outlined all fees and answered every question I had. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a lasting impression. Mavis is an outstanding representative of your team and a pleasure to work with.

  From visiting for the first time, just looking around, to the application process, move-in, all of it! Mabis is incredibly nice, very helpful, and super patient with me. Justin and Roger were super great when I went to go pick up my keys. Overall, it was a super pleasant experience and I'm totally in love with my apartment.

  Mabis, the assistant manager, is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and truly good person I have had the experience to work with. I can not praise her enough for her help and willingness to work with us. She is an exceptional person and a huge asset to the Haven at Water’s Edge!
