  If I could give them more then 5 stars I would! I currently live in Texas and came down to tour apartments for my upcoming move. Mabis is a HUGE BLESSING! The moment I walked in I felt so at ease and comfortable. She was so knowledgeable, kind, and patient with all of the questions I had. The apartment complex is truly wonderful too. The apartments I toured were clean, very quiet neighborhood, great amenities. Very reasonably priced as well. It can be so challenging moving from state to state, but Mabis was so helpful in making sure I was aware of all prices, and steps needed to make it a smooth transition. If you truly are looking for a place in the tampa area i seriously HIGHLY suggest scheduling a tour, ask for Mabis because she is the best!

  Quiero tomarme un momento para agradecer al equipo de Haven at Water Edge, especialmente a Mabis Garcia, por su excelente atención durante todo el proceso de arrendamiento. Mabis fue increíblemente amable, profesional y siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudar en cada paso. Lo que más valoro es que es bilingüe (español e inglés), lo cual hizo todo el proceso mucho más cómodo y claro para mí. Realmente se nota que se esfuerzan por encontrar el apartamento ideal para cada persona, y hacen todo lo posible para que uno se sienta satisfecho y seguro con su decisión. Gracias a su dedicación, encontré un lugar que realmente puedo llamar hogar. Sin duda recomiendo Haven at Water Edge a cualquiera que esté buscando un apartamento y quiera una experiencia positiva y sin estrés. Mabis was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help every step of the way. What I appreciated the most is that she is bilingual (Spanish and English), which made the entire process much smoother and more comfortable. It’s clear that they truly care about helping you find the apartment of your dreams and go above and beyond to make sure you feel confident and happy with your decision.
