  I contacted Greenacre Properties to help one of my customers get HOA approval for a roofing project at his new home. I have worked with hundreds of HOAs and PMs, and they are one of the best. Helpful, friendly and professional staff! I hope i get more roofing projects in this neighborhood.

  I would leave zero stars but unfortunately 1 is the least you can give. This is the worst property management company I've ever dealt with. They send harassing compliance letters and sometimes would just make things that aren't in the hoa handbook. We've lived here for a little over 15 years, used to never get notices now it is almost a monthly occurrence and this one now is by far the worst. The issue was addressed with photo proof but they refuse to close it. They continue to harass us after complying with proof. I have two phone numbers of contact and neither of them get answered during business hours. We called over 50 times and got nothing and they are also ignoring texts as well and won't disclose a name or number for the manager. That is just plain cowardly. Sent photos showing issues were resolved but they want to put a 60 day hold on it "just in case". Sent video showing compliance and was told they can't accept videos as proof. When we kept showing and saying issue has been solved and to close it they still refuse. They now say the issue has been escalated and sent to CAM.. continuing to refuse to give out the contact info. What a despicable and unprofessional company.

  You're not supposed to send letters to rented people the owners are supposed to be called and they're supposed to take care of this situation. When it comes to complaints against the renters. The owners take care of all of it.

  We are extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and service from Greenacre Properties. We reported a water intrusion issue caused by landscaping back in May, and months later, it remains completely unresolved. Instead of taking prompt action, association manager David Griffith has done nothing but stall, pass the blame to vendors, and use HOA board meetings as an excuse for endless delays. We have spent months just trying to get a straight answer or a definitive timeline for a simple fix. If you want a responsive, accountable community management company, look elsewhere.
