    I have this company as my HOA. The biggest problem they have is with their online payment system. I pay everything online. Payments over the phone and in person are always a last resort for me if I have problems with online payments. After all, we are in the 21st century, not the 80's. Every year that I pay my HOA dues online, I have issues. At the beginning in 2021 There was no issue but then their system started breaking and a few years after that, trying to pay online I had issues, error messages etc... So I ended up having to pay over the phone. This year they changed their billing system, likely due to all the problems with the previous one. I thought, ok! good, it might actually work this time. So, I paid online, it seemed to go through ok, no errors. Then i find out a month later that it did not go through and they send me a lien letter saying it has to now be paid through their debt collector agency with certified funds. It's like this HOA is trying hard to make their customers lives difficult with broken payment systems and broken customer service. I called the HOA and detailed the issue with their payment system to them, they wanted nothing to do with that but to direct me to their debt collector. So, I say... if our HOA board comes to discuss their relationship with this management company, they should seriously think about changing to a more professional company that has their act together. When there are no issues, they do seem nice to your face, but when there are problems, even at their fault, they turn ugly. Tred carefully with them.

    I would like to recognize and thank Dawn Archambault for the outstanding work she does for the Waterleaf community. Dawn is always pleasant to converse with, highly professional, attentive to detail, and incredibly responsive to homeowners’ questions and concerns. Since hiring Green Acres and having Dawn serve as our Community Association Manager, our community has seen significant improvements. Her dedication, organization, and commitment to Waterleaf truly show in the day-to-day operations and overall appearance of our neighborhood.
