  They repeatedly refuse to close out violations despite multiple modes of communication and do not have a lawyer. These reviews have to be fake.

  After living in Calusa Trace for over 25 years, we were wrongly accused by the ARC that we had painted our home without approval through a letter received at our home indicating this “violation”. After several emails back and forth they finally admitted they were wrong but refused to issue a new letter indicating their error. Not exactly how I would expect to be treated after living here so long. Sad how they can treat their residents this way.

  When you can't find a manager on your property and fire. Rescue can't get into the doors or the elevators to get someone out and you call to tell someone and they transfer you to a voicemail. I told them what was going on. And they chose to ignore it.

  Subpar service provider, nothing to recommend. I have reported numerous issues over the past several years, some of which have remained unresolved for more than two years. During that time, your company has continued collecting management fees from the HOA Board while these issues have gone unaddressed. If you believe any of the concerns I have raised are inaccurate or unfounded, I ask that your owner, Ryan, contact me directly so we can discuss them.

  My experience with this company has not been good. They manage my condo complex. The manager never goes out on the property, the admin never issues violations- both of which are breach of their contract. Our property has never looked worse. Our maintenance staff spend more time in their onsite condos then working. Can’t even get them to put toilet paper in the public restrooms or clean them. Tenants do whatever they want. Cause they are no repurcussions since mgmt doesn’t do their job several of us are fed up. We reached out to executive management and the response has been severely lacking. That shows the attitude of the company. Unless something drastically changes soon, I would not hire this company.
