  Do not move here! overly priced old apartments with mold everywhere! All the appliances are cheap they have a fee for every little thing. I lived here for over 2 years and there’s always an issue with the water they randomly shut it down. The units are old and smelly even when you change the air vents!! My microwave broke they charged me for it and never put it in my unit. The grill area is always dirty and the gate is literally always broken. If you’re looking for affordable and comfort go somewhere else!!

  Between the marijuana, the cockroaches, and the deplorable, rotting state of the place, it’s definitely a no-go—especially considering they charge luxury prices. They fix the gate, but it stops working in less than 24 hours; they clean the pool only when they feel like it and never empty the trash there; the playground is used for dogs and trashed by unsavory characters; the parking areas are filthy and always reek of dog urine; the hallways are dirty, unlit, and smell like straight-up garbage; there are armed people in the complex who don't care if children are around—it’s simply a lawless place. They always try to patch things up instead of replacing them with new items; they love reusing broken stuff. There’s dog poop everywhere, and marijuana is sold brazenly. They’re quick to keep tabs on cars that haven't moved, yet when it comes to fixing what’s broken or ensuring things run properly, they’re nowhere to be found. It’s simply a dump. The supervisor is incredibly inefficient, and the manager is loud-mouthed and disrespectful; definitely don't even bother coming here—it’s not worth it.
