  Do not live here. The biggest scam of all time. I have a German cockroach infestation when I moved in. Continued having them pop up the whole time living there. Felt disgusting. The rent is 1200 which is INSANE for student living! And to top it off I got fined moving out on a shit cover paint job that was there when I moved in!!! Either from maintenance or the people before me but I got fined 130!!!! And for a door that was messed up before as well another 130. Biggest scam ever!!!

  My son recently graduated from USF in Tampa. I needed to follow up with a final bill and was able to resolve the situation with Olivia at Cove Commons. She was professional, timely in returning phone calls and a true pleasure to work with through the entire process! It's difficult for businesses to work with the public sometimes but anytime I have called Cove Commons since 2023, everyone has been professional, polite and friendly. The complex and individual units are very nice, in a good location and I was happy to have our son there for several years!

  Today I met with Alex, Kim, and Braylin. They were all very helpful, informative, and great at explaining everything I needed to know. Very friendly and took the time to show me around.They also answered any questions I had. It was a great experience. 5 out 5 star for sure.

  Living at Cove Commons this summer has been genuinely difficult, and I feel like I need to share my honest experience for anyone considering signing a lease here. For the past week, my air conditioning has been stuck at 80 degrees. My roommates and I have submitted two separate maintenance requests, and despite that, management has done little to actually resolve the problem. Coming back to a hot, stuffy apartment after a long day has worn on all of us. Not to mention sleeping in my room is unbearable. On top of that, a few weeks ago the flooring in my building was replaced with wood. During the installation, the chemicals used on the floors were so strong that I couldn’t safely stay in my own room. I essentially lost access to my living space, and through all of it, management offered no accommodation and no compensation. What frustrates me most isn’t just the individual problems. Management here is quick to hand out fines, but slow to show that same urgency when residents are dealing with real, legitimate issues that affect our health and comfort. It leaves you feeling like a source of revenue rather than a person they actually care about housing. I really wanted to like living here, but based on how these situations were handled, I’d strongly encourage anyone thinking about signing a lease to look twice.
