  I love living here!!! The management is so kind and go out of their way to plan fun events for residents! The maintenance team is so nice and always quick to respond within the day. Also love the front desk receptionist, Emily Turoff!!!!

  I have been so lucky to live here the past three years with all my roommates to are my best friends!! I love seeing so many people I know daily on walks, at the pool and the gym- it such a close community. There is nowhere I would rather live during at my time in college. Love the staff and how often they throw events and supply treats for residents!!

  My experience living at Cove Commons was deeply frustrating, and office manager Olivia Collins was the primary reason. When residents are being charged money and held to strict rules, they deserve clear explanations, consistent decisions, and professional treatment. In my dealings with Olivia, those basic expectations were repeatedly unmet. When I contacted her about rules and fines, I received different explanations in person, over the phone, and by email. Trying to resolve those discrepancies was exhausting. I found her responses dismissive and condescending, particularly when I questioned a charge or asked her to explain a decision. Her handling of legitimate concerns was unacceptable for someone in a management position. One particularly expensive example involved turf that my roommates and I purchased for our unit's backyard. Cove Commons initially approved the installation. A few months later, management told us to replace it with fireproof turf, which we did. Then we were told to remove that replacement because the complex planned to install its own turf. Following management's changing instructions left us with more than $2,800 in wasted turf expenses. We rolled our turf up behind the unit while trying to sell it because its size and weight made it difficult to move. Management then gave us very little time to remove it, and we ended up having to throw it away before finding a buyer because Cove Commons had issued a notice to remove the turf almost immediately. We relied on their approval, complied with their demands, and absorbed the financial consequences. Olivia's handling of our concerns left me feeling that those consequences did not matter to her. At move-out, I also disputed charges for replacing a mattress I know was in good condition and for paint touch-ups that would be covered by routine repainting. My attempts to address those charges brought the same frustration. What stands out most about Olivia's management is how little confidence I had that a reasonable concern would receive a fair hearing. Her position requires judgment, consistency, and accountability. In my experience, she fell far below those standards. Cove Commons should take a serious look at her handling of residents and financial disputes. Olivia Collins's communication and conduct destroyed my confidence in management at Cove Commons. I would not live here again or recommend this complex to anyone for any reason. A prison would have more fair management than Cove Commons.
