  I am writing to recognize the outstanding leadership and dedication of Community Director Angelique at Clipper Cove Apartments. Since joining the community in late May 2026, Angelique has demonstrated exceptional professionalism, accountability, and a genuine commitment to residents. After learning that maintenance issues in my apartment had gone unresolved for nearly a year, she took immediate action by personally assessing the concerns, developing a plan, and working with the Regional Manager to secure the resources needed to complete major repairs within approximately one week. These repairs resolved the ongoing food spoilage I had been experiencing and allowed me to prepare meals for my family in my home again after such a long time of being inconvenienced. Although Clipper Cove still has opportunities to improve in areas such as resident engagement, community safety, and ongoing maintenance, Angelique’s leadership has brought positive momentum and meaningful change in a very short time. I respectfully ask that Angelique be recognized for her dedication, integrity, and commitment to improving both the resident experience and the overall community. Her efforts have made a significant difference and are truly deserving of recognition. -Tamika

  This is horrible!, they have mold everywhere, even on the playgrounds and pools , I would never come back ever again!
