- JRJaimie RoweJul 1, 20265.0I am writing this review and giving it a five star rating because I had an experience with an employee at Clipper Bay Apartments named Denise, who was very helpful to me. I had called Clipper Bay several times asking about apartments and how they rent in the cost and the two times they called. She took our time and answered my questions and when I had previously called other apartments, the person on the phone never took the time to answer. I came into the office bringing a documentation that I needed and Denise told me that she felt I made too much money and that she would run my income first to see if I were overqualified before I paid my $85 application fee. She calculated my income and I did overqualified. I just wanted to say they truly appreciated the time she took and the extra effort in making sure that I didn't waste money on an application fee if I didn't need to. I told her that I would definitely refer people to Clipper Bay Apartments because they seem to care about people and not just getting money.
