  I had a great experience living at Casa Marti for a year and I highly recommend it. This spot is for anyone who values a strong sense of community, safety, and convenience. Apart from being in the perfect location and having kind neighbors the management team truly stands out. We all know the management of an apartment complex can make or break your experience. This team at Casa Ybor is unmatched. Laura is the kindest and most welcoming person you’ll meet—she’s incredibly easy to work with and always goes above and beyond to get things done quickly and accommodate residents. Chris brings such positive energy and levity to the community. He’s incredibly thorough and will personally show you every apartment if needed until you find the perfect fit. He also does a fantastic job making community events feel warm and family-like, and he’s always ready to help with anything. Tiffany is wonderfully professional and straightforward—she gives you clear, honest information every time. The property itself is in the best location, has great safety features and ease of access. I especially loved living on the 4th floor—the unit stayed very quiet. I’d highly recommend a top-floor apartment for that reason. The only minor area for improvement would be the cleanliness of the trash rooms and hallways, which could be better maintained. That said, it didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed my time here overall.

  Christopher Scott was amazing and very helpful and the apartment complex is nice just wish it had a pool but otherwise it’s a great place to live

  Love this place! Been living here for two years, Chris Laura and Tiffany have always been so courteous of my home. You won't regret living here

  We've been at Casa Marti for a little over 6 months and it's been an awesome experience. The staff and maintenance are always quick, attentive and responsive. And the convince of the location is a huge plus

  Let’s just start with the location is nice, quiet, safe for ybor. They do cool monthly events! Price seems too high for no pool but the gym has good equipment. …My biggest issue while living here was the building was not maintained, halls were rarely cleaned and trash rooms smelled up the halls. Bodily fluids, finger marks, foot scuffs all over the walls. Nothing was ever painted or repaired and I wish that wasn’t the case.
