Stopped by to tour Caribbean Breeze Apts, we were greeted warmly by Kelvin and the rest was history. Kelvin is very knowledgeable and patient with all our leasing questions. He is very personable and professional. We visited today for my son, he was impressed with cleanliness, quietness, amenities and apt layout. He ended up signing today because of Kelvin help and guidance. If you’re apt hunting come see Kelvin!

I just toured a couple of apartments at Caribbean breeze. Kelvin And the rest of the staff were amazing. They were full of information and not pushy at all. The amenities are very luxurious and the apartments have a lot of nice updates. If you are looking for a place to live and move into definitely go and check them out

Toured the complex with Nylia and she was so very friendly and helpful! She was thorough about all the information and made us feel very welcome. The complex itself is very nice for the prices as well!! Thank you!!

Hello,
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my experience at your leasing office today.
I arrived while your office was still open. Although it was close to closing time, I was not asking for an extensive tour or to stay after business hours. I simply wanted information because I am actively looking for an apartment.
One employee was polite and professional. However, when she asked another employee to assist me, that employee made it immediately obvious that she did not want to help. She sighed, repeatedly looked over at her manager with an expression that suggested she was irritated she had been asked to assist me, and her body language made it clear that my presence was an inconvenience. Instead of feeling welcomed as a prospective resident, I felt like I was bothering her simply by walking into an open office.
I have to admit, it was almost impressive how quickly someone could make a potential customer feel unwelcome. The interaction became so uncomfortable that I decided to leave without continuing the conversation. Needless to say, I left. If this is the level of customer service your staff provides before someone signs a lease, it certainly doesn’t inspire confidence about how residents are treated afterward.
This is completely unacceptable customer service, especially in a leasing office where first impressions matter. Prospective residents should never be made to feel unwelcome because they walked in during posted business hours.
I expect this complaint to be reviewed and addressed appropriately. I am taking the time to bring this to your attention because this experience reflects poorly on your property, and I hope management takes it seriously.
I sincerely hope this isn’t the standard your property expects from its leasing staff, because if it is, you’re likely losing potential residents before they even make it past the front desk. I can’t imagine I’m the first person to walk away after an interaction like this, and I doubt I’ll be the last if nothing changes.
I would say thank you but what is there to be thankful for?? Trash customer service, lack of decency, immature employees representing the community horribly??

Writing this review to spread awareness and get whoever is thinking about moving here to please move along to the next because the feeling of helplessness due to living here is not worth it. A pipe burst in my apartment bathroom in the middle of the night completely filling the apartment to above baseboard level, nothing has been done to help me, maintenance put a below bare minimum fan and dehumidifier in my apartment, claimed they would vacuum up my carpet and get rid of the water for days and never showed leaving me in a wet apartment for now today counting 10 days, the leasing agents in the office and maintenance have all given me contradicting and different information not a single inspection has been done or any steps of protocol have been followed, I’ve even requested any written documentation of the state of my apartment but obviously none was provided and nobody cared to document the state of my apartment or even ensure anything done to guarantee my safety or that my apartment can be deemed habitable, I’ve been forced to speak to attorneys and now face the battle between terminating my lease or not and all the office can tell me is that I will be charged fee’s to leave, “ termination fee’s” to get myself to a proper living condition that they did nothing to help with?? Unbelievable and not to mention when I did give in my notice of cure the leasing agent in the office tried to almost threaten me that they had “documentation” against me, will find out her name and update it into this email as well, regardless don’t do this to yourself keep looking I am miserable.
