  Love this place!! I have seen many other apartment complex before I settled on the Arbors 2 years ago when I moved here from Miami area and now I just renewed my lease for the 3rd year. The amenities are amazing, a cup of fresh brewer coffee every morning, the pool and patio, the gym the car wash trash pick up from your door and the properties is clean. I love my loft style apartment. Maintenance is always on time with service and the staff in the front office are kind and always pleasant to work with. I met someone the other day while getting our coffee from the office and she told me she’d been here for 10 years now, so that says something. I don’t plan on being here for 10 years, but I do plan on being here until I find my house in the Carrollwood area.

  No ac in a club house, memorial day party for kids is supposed to be until 6 from 4 but ended in 4:35pm, this place is a joke….
