Within 24 hours of Ada's listing, there were four offers on my house. She ran the numbers, we chose the best offer and closed in less than 30 days! Ada was on top of everything and responded within minutes to my texts. Awesome experience. I highly recommend.

Working with Ada to sell my mom’s house was an absolute blessing from start to finish. Navigating a home sale for an aging parent can feel overwhelming, but she made the entire process seamless. She was hands-on and incredibly helpful when it came to preparing the house for the market, giving us expert guidance every step of the way. Communication was top-notch—she always made sure both my sister and I were kept in the loop and took the time to thoroughly explain every detail. Whenever we had a question, no matter how small, she was always available and quick to respond. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated real estate professional.

We had the most exciting adventures here. We kayaked, fished, relaxed, swam, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We even had a visit from 6-7 manatees. WONDERFUL!❤️🇺🇸❤️

I've personally known Ada for over 18 yrs. She exhibits the utmost in dedication and integrity. I've witnessed her strategically advise and counsel people on the home buying decision with expertise and thoughtfulness. She treats people like family and makes sure things are done with excellence. She loves our community, has a passion for what she does, and loves serving people in this way. I have so much admiration and respect for how she operates and know many will benefit.

We used Ada to sell our first home last winter and she was outstanding. She spent so much time answering our questions and giving us feedback on updates she would recommend to attract more buyers. Within a couple days of listing we had so many potential buyers interested. Ada made the process incredibly easy. She successfully put our home under contract within a few days of it being on the market and we couldn’t be happier. Ada is a true professional, genuine and will work hard for you.
