  I would like to give a personal shout out to Ella in the front office. From our first meeting her and getting a tour she was so helpful and kind. Shortly after moving our daughter into the apartment my husband/her father passed away. Throughout the year Ella continued to be a valuable resource for us. I highly recommend you ask for her if ever you should need help of any kind. That young lady is going places!! Stacy White

  Having to take legal action because 4050 lofts will not fix my air conditioning, the temperature inside is consistently above 80 degrees. Maintenance is the worst, has come in at least 12 times to “fix” the AC and is rude every time. Front desk and customer service line has told us 5 different things about when it is considered an emergency, whether they will send someone or not, if they will replace it, etc. Found out today that they have been telling us it’s a nonemergency when it has been considered legally an emergency this whole time (which is illegal btw). Management now has brushed me off for the 3rd time after reaching out, so my only other option is to take legal action. I can’t stay in my own apartment that I pay for because I physically cannot breathe and nauseous. Super inhumane and unprofessional. Save the hassle and go literally anywhere else.

  I lived here for 2 years and it is the farthest thing from luxury. The place is basically falling apart, out dryer literally caught fire recently. There’s mold everywhere, and whenever we had someone come to treat it they would just bleach it…. There are so many other places to live for students that are within the same price range and I highly recommend looking at other places before committing to living here.

  I've had a great experience living at 4050 Lofts. The location is perfect for USF students, with campus just minutes away, making commuting quick and convenient. The fully furnished apartments are spacious, modern, and move-in ready, which made the transition to student living much easier. One of the things I appreciate most is the community amenities and the overall atmosphere. The property is well-maintained, pet-friendly, and designed with students in mind. The staff has been helpful and responsive whenever I've needed assistance. If you're looking for comfortable student housing near USF with a great location and convenient amenities, I would definitely recommend 4050 Lofts.

  This will be my second year living at 4050 lofts and I can’t recommend it enough! Lease signing and all other communication with the front office has been a breeze! I love all of the amenities on property. One of the things that I’ve noticed that’s a problem at other apartments but not 4050 is the parking. There are ample spots for residents and guests within the gates of the apartment buildings. Thank you to everyone at 4050 for making Tampa feel like home!
