  If you need someone who gets things handled and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable, Kedar is the person to call! He was incredibly helpful to my roommates and me during an unfortunate situation and handled everything with professionalism, care, and patience despite the circumstances. I would 1000000% recommend him to anyone. He made us feel seen, heard, and reassured that our concerns would never fall on deaf ears. No matter how many times we showed up at his office, he was always welcoming, positive, and willing to help without ever seeming annoyed. Thank you, Kedar, for all your support and for making a difficult situation so much easier to navigate! #SuperKedar :)

  4050 Lofts is a solid student housing option near USF with a great location and easy access to campus. The amenities like the pools, gym, and study spaces make it convenient and social. Units come furnished and include in-unit laundry, which is a big plus. Some downsides are occasional maintenance delays and noise, but overall it’s a good choice for student living if you want something close to campus with a lively atmosphere.
