I called many times across several days, and the number on the website is not the number they later told me to use. Every call went to an automated system with no option for live assistance. For a housing community responsible for student safety and communication, this is a serious management issue.

The location is super convenient, the amenities are nice, and the community feels safe and well-maintained. The staff has also been really helpful and responsive whenever I’ve had questions. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I’d definitely recommend it.
