- TPTammy PegramSep 29, 20261.0Been trying for days to get someone in the office to answer the phone regarding a lease question. Once you sign you can’t get assistance
- HMHeather MillerSep 29, 20265.0Really liked the complex and amenities
- SCSara ConnorsSep 12, 20261.0Current trash situation at NXNW. My son’s AC has been out several times this week- and this is the trash. So gross!
- VJVassilis JohnstonSep 7, 20261.0I still have spores on my ceiling, still have a floorboard loose and warped, still have a poor lock system, and i returned to my apartment today to find all of this unfinished.
- JNJamie NelsonAug 26, 20261.0This place is a rip off. My kid has lived here for two years now. When you sign up they will automatically sign you up for rentistry which is $15 a month, you have to call to opt out. There is also a $7 a month fee for paying your bill online! So $84 a year to pay them your rent!! It's the 21st century and they are billing you for paying online. Nothing will ever get repaired, absolutely nothing! The maintenance people never identify themselves or wear an actual uniform when coming to the apartments either. My kid has waited 2 years for a dryer to get fixed. They just keep saying clean the lint trap. We have to pay for parking at her own apartment, not even a premium spot. Just regular parking. There is never any parking on her side of the complex so she has to park on the opposite side of the complex. The gate, meant to keep the complex safe and secure, doesn't even work. For the amount of money this place is making, things should be repaired and addressed in a timely, professional manner. Also, good luck getting a hold of anybody when you call. Hunter, their automated answering service will not be of any assistance.
