  I want to thank Jake Dodson for assisting us with selling my daughter’s deceased father’s home. We stay in NC and the property is in FL. Because of the distance, my anxiety was through the roof yet Jake stepped in and eased my anxiety and gave us confidence we could get the house sold fast and he did not disappoint! Because of time constraints, we were only in town on Easter weekend yet Jake made accommodations to come and meet us to get the process started. That action alone let me know we’d made the right decision. When we met Jake, there was an immediate connection-Jake just has that type of personality. He was polite, professional, communicative, honest and knowledgeable. I could not have asked for a better realtor and it was a pleasure working with him. Jake-thank you for all you do!   Jake was awesome to work with, communicated well, and responded to us quickly! We were selling a house from out of state and not only did he guide us through the process, he helped us get the house where it needed to be so it could be sold. Without a doubt would work with him again!
