  This is a wonderful complex with staff who care about their residents and the upkeep of building amenities (shoutout to Andrea and Shannon for going above and beyond whenever I need help!). Maintenance is always quick to respond to any situation, and the complex is very well-maintained.

  Quiet, clean, very beautiful! A 5-minute drive from a Michaels/Ulta/HomeGoods shopping center (Governor’s Square), 15 minutes from FSU/downtown, and less than 10 from the municipal golf course. Parking is accessible and never full. Gets lots of natural light— the corner units have 6 windows in the living room/kitchen!! The complex is split in half across a small, fairly low traffic highway; while both sides have a pool, only one has a recycling bin and fitness facility, though use is permitted for all residents.

  In the 7 years I spent in Tallahassee, I lived in 4 different apartment complexes--Evergreens at Mahan is BY FAR the best. I wish I discovered this lovely place sooner! From the incredibly supportive leasing office staff, to the responsive maintenance team, to the kindness of my neighbors, I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a quiet, well-kept home away from the chaos of downtown Tallahassee/Collegetown. I will miss all the mornings I spent reading and listening to the birds on my screened-in balcony! 10/10

  Great residence in Tallahassee!! The property is extremely well kept clean and quiet, with newer appliances and an amazing location that makes everything feel convenient and comfortable. The staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming, which is great. The amenities and pool are always well maintained, parking is never a hassle, and the overall atmosphere has such a relaxed, positive vibe. It’s honestly a place you can truly enjoy coming home to every day.
