  BEST apartment complex in town. The staff in the leasing office/ admin. are all outstanding ( love love Shannon!) maintenance is top tier ( especially Shayna- she is awesome!!) grounds are spotless, pools are always crystal clear, neighbors are quiet and so friendly. Easy commute to anywhere in town also. Never ever a pest or other tenant pet problems.

  I truly wish I can give Evergreen at Mahan 100 Stars and even that would be an understatement! My experience at Evergreen at Mahan has been nothing short of amazing. This complex is very welcoming, involved, and truly feels like a community. I’m definitely proud to call this place home. Rob- is such an amazing and nice maintenance tech. He genuinely cares about people and our community. Whenever I cross paths with Rob whether I’m on foot or driving by; he waves and doesn’t hesitate to say Hey. He’s at the complex in the mornings before the front office hours helping keep the community looking nice by picking up discarded trash. Rob is the man with the plan!!!

  This is a wonderful complex with staff who care about their residents and the upkeep of building amenities (shoutout to Andrea and Shannon for going above and beyond whenever I need help!). Maintenance is always quick to respond to any situation, and the complex is very well-maintained.

  Quiet, clean, very beautiful! A 5-minute drive from a Michaels/Ulta/HomeGoods shopping center (Governor’s Square), 15 minutes from FSU/downtown, and less than 10 from the municipal golf course. Parking is accessible and never full. Gets lots of natural light— the corner units have 6 windows in the living room/kitchen!! The complex is split in half across a small, fairly low traffic highway; while both sides have a pool, only one has a recycling bin and fitness facility, though use is permitted for all residents.

  In the 7 years I spent in Tallahassee, I lived in 4 different apartment complexes--Evergreens at Mahan is BY FAR the best. I wish I discovered this lovely place sooner! From the incredibly supportive leasing office staff, to the responsive maintenance team, to the kindness of my neighbors, I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a quiet, well-kept home away from the chaos of downtown Tallahassee/Collegetown. I will miss all the mornings I spent reading and listening to the birds on my screened-in balcony! 10/10
