My process was lengthy because we chose to get a modular home ( built my Sunshine Homes) My experience with Clayton was phenomenal. I had the opportunity to have the best sales person Carrie Ann. From day one she was there to assist me with all of my needs, from the application process to finding land, to final walk through. She made certain all of our custom details, colors, floor plan, designs were on point. If you’re looking to buy your home Carrie Ann is the one! As a matter of fact ALL the staff at Clayton Tallahassee were very patient and helpful through our buying process. I can’t forget my girl Melissa, she rocks too.
