  Inspect the work of the contractors while in process. Had 2 items fail immediately after warranty expiration. GL would not stand behind work. Stated warranty expired. 1. Kitchen cabinet collapsed 2. Tiles cracked 1st floor bathroom. When replaced, found out tile was applied directly to concrete slab. The 3rd defect happened recently. Upstairs shower had no catch basin installed, only a piece of styrofoam. Damaged downstairs bathroom. Entire bathroom upstairs needed to be redone. $12K in total repairs because they cut corners. 8/20- This is not correct. The 1st floor bathroom tiles and the kitchen cabinets were reported shortly after the 1 yr warranty period. Check your records, your inspector came out and denied both.

  Let me start off by saying I recently purchased my home in Naples Florida. My family and I moved into one of GL’s communities in April 2018. Overall we have had a very positive experience with the process of building our new home. From the sales staff to the project manager we were more than satisfied. I have gone through the process of building a home before and it is never easy. Like any new construction there are always problems and we expected this. Every issue that we brought to the attention of GL was resolved. Maybe we were just spoiled and had the right project manager, sales agent and community. Overall we had a very positive experience.

  Yes that cause they fired everyone who had a little 5 senses and use all their corrupt , supervisors and managers to create what you guys have now , Luxury at a price of custom made .
