  The office keeps charging me $30-$60 monthly service fees for not having renters insurance, which I do possess since day one. They did it to me for 4 months last year and then again this year for 3 month so far. I've had renters insurance the entire time that l've lived at Marina Del Sol. I keep sending the office documentation for proof of renters insurance and nothing changes. It’s the plan recommended on their website. It's the same circle around, we’ll fix it by Monday. Promises of refunds last year just to get ghosted via emails. This review not coming down unless all fees get removed for last year and this year.

  A few weeks ago, toured the property with Angela. Although I ultimately went with another place due to availability, Angela was wonderful throughout the process. She was professional, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. She took her time answering our questions, walked us through the space thoroughly, and made the tour feel easy and informative. I would absolutely recommend requesting Angela.

  I’ve visited this community more than once and it looks amazing. Unfortunately, they don’t have a 3-bedroom available at the moment — truly my bad luck — because everything else about the place impressed me. The leasing office staff go above and beyond, especially Angela Parker. I can’t thank her enough. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Angela patiently answered every question I had, provided clear information, and followed up promptly. Her warm attitude made the entire experience feel effortless. Even though my initial preference was a 3-bedroom, I’m seriously considering going for a 2-bedroom because I really like this place. They also have extra offices to rent in the facility if you work from home. My experience with Angela has made it clear that this community genuinely values its residents and treats people with care.

  about concierges, parking, doors, Internet, etc. you can read in other reviews. But living in this building and trying to communicate with anyone from the office, you always think whether we are participating in some kind of project with a hidden camera, because... I have never seen greater idiocy in my life.
