  The rent is too high for an old building with poor maintenance. There's no pool table, the two barbecue grills are so old they're rusty and don't light completely. The fireplace doesn't work. Some of the gym equipment needs maintenance. The parking garage door is always breaking, leaving it open for anyone to enter.
