  Just moved into my new apartment thank you Yvonne. You’re the best. The office and the manager at Port St. Lucie Tiffany amazing staff everybody come run here you’re gonna love them.

  I had such a great experience at The Lucille! The community is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The apartments are spacious with modern finishes, and the amenities really make it feel like a place you can call home. The team is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. The pool, fitness center, and dog park are great additions, and I love the overall atmosphere of the community.

  I absolutely loved living here. I was here for a little over a year and never have had a complaint. I toured and leased with Jesse who was great at answering my thousands of questions as I vetted my options. Kathy has also been great to have on site and is always kind and helpful! All in all, The apartments are fantastic for the price and are very well managed and taken care of. When I’ve had any issues or questions about maintenance, they come the same or next day. The complex itself is very safe which is always reassuring. I hope this helps for anyone reading reviews wondering about applying, the answer is yes! The only reason I left was to relocate for a new job.

  This property is really a gem in Stuart. There has been a couple management changes over the past month or so, but the office staff they have now are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It’s tucked away in Stuart right off Ocean Blvd, so it feels like a hidden park. It’s quiet, well-maintained, and has tons of free parking, so I love it and recommend everyone to come live here!

  I lived here when it was Ocean Pointe, before it was rebranded as The Lucille, and I can’t believe what they’re charging people now. This was an older affordable apartment complex, and slapping a new name on it and doing some cosmetic renovations doesn’t suddenly make it “luxury.” When I lived there, roaches and mold were issues, and these are still the same aging buildings underneath the makeover. Now they’re asking market-rate/luxury prices for them. Seeing the recent reviews from current residents makes the whole thing even more disappointing. If you’re considering moving here, do yourself a favor: look past the fresh paint and fancy marketing, inspect the actual unit carefully, and READ THE REVIEWS before you sign anything. I lived here—I know what these apartments were before they became “The Lucille.”
