  Just moved in and have had a great experience so far. All of the staff are very helpful, especially Michelle! She always has such a kind and friendly attitude when I come into the office. 10/10 The pool is like a resort, the gym is top notch and the complex itself is perfectly located in the center town. Everywhere I need to go is less than 10min drive. Love it!

  It's an okay place to live. It's relatively tidy and pretty. Place has gone downhill since the new owner took over though. Trash pickup only happens 70% of the time that it's supposed to and then they'll threaten to fine you for leaving the trash out. Grill on the patio, they'll fine you. Smoking on the premises, they'll fine you. Decorations on your door for the holidays, they'll fine you. These are all stories I've heard from my neighbors. They used to have a lot of events before the new owners took over. The fridges and counters were always full of drinks and snacks for residents but not anymore. Gym is okay, very clean but it hasn't really been improved and it lacks some necessary machines in my opinion. The staff that work there now are goodish, it seems they have differences in how they hold people accountable and confusion on their own policies, policies that they will enforce however they please if it means you'll fork out more money for them. So with their prices I think it's no longer worth it to stay here. There's better more competitive places out their for cheaper that actually still care about their residents. And don't even try and get your deposit back. Not even they know how to follow their own policy so however you clean it, fix it they'll find enough issues to swallow that deposit whole. These are all my opinions based on my experience.

  Absolutely loved our Paint & Sip night! I had such a great time meeting and getting to know other residents in the community. It made the evening even more special knowing that the painting instructor was actually one of our fellow residents. They were talented, patient, and made the class so much fun. It was a wonderful event that brought everyone together, and I can’t wait for the next one!
