  I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is well maintained, the staff is friendly and responsive, and any maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally. The grounds and common areas are kept clean, and I appreciate the sense of safety and comfort here. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping, dining, and everyday essentials. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and enjoyable place to call home. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed apartment in a convenient location.

  DO NOT RENT here. At first appearance the apartment complex is beautiful, and I was excited to move in. After new Management this place has significantly declined. The fees here are horrendous. You pay additional for amenity fees along with a trash valet, trash pick up, and mail room fees. The mail room is in complete disarray. It takes a huge amount of time to try to find your packages which are thrown anywhere. the parking is limited and you will be towed immediately if the parking pass expires. $450 not cheap……In a three bedroom apartment you’re only allotted two parking spaces. So the third car has to register every time they are there and you’re only allowed 14 days in one month. I had to convert to rent Month-to-month because my new build was not ready on time. Not only do they charge an extra $400 a month, valet trash, trash pick up, and the mail room fees all went up significantly. Let’s not talk about how slow the elevators are and the noise from Kanner hwy, and upstairs neighbors. For the price you pay at this facility it would be better to rent a house. There’s nothing but inconvenience at every turn in this apartment complex. Good riddance!
