  I had a fantastic experience from my initial tour all the way through my application process thanks to the team. Brendan and Jody were outstanding. Super friendly, informative, responsive and helpful every step of the way. The building is beautiful and well taken care of, I had my mind made up right away. The attentiveness of the team really shines here!

  I watched the building of Indigo Stuart very closely and have now lived here for 10 months. From the first telephone call and visit, they had me at "Hello". The property is gorgeous, amenities are top notch and the staff is perfection. Jody and Brendan are the epitome of customer service. Patience, kindness and knowledge, the key requirements to a successful customer service experience. Along with their maintenance staff, Bill and Anthony, they handle any questions or maintenance requests with the utmost interest and expediency, no matter how small. Every day this team exhibits these attributes. I give this group "5 Stars" along with the beautiful apartments and common areas! Each day is very enjoyable here!
