- AAAndrew4 days ago5.0We had an excellent experience building our home at Highpointe by Pulte, and a big part of that was our sales representative, Daniela. My wife and I worked with Daniela for nearly eight months, from signing the contract through closing, and over that time we really got to know and appreciate her. She was always pleasant, responsive and easy to communicate with, and she did a great job keeping the process moving. There were a couple of design and structural selections we had inadvertently missed early in the process, and Daniela went out of her way to help us get them resolved. She also helped escalate issues we encountered with Pulte Mortgage and stayed involved when we needed assistance. What impressed us just as much is that her help didn’t stop at closing. Daniela has continued to help us get information when we’ve needed it, and Pulte has also been very responsive to the few warranty items we’ve submitted since moving in. As real estate professionals ourselves, my wife and I deal with builders, agents and sales representatives regularly, so we especially appreciated Daniela’s level of attention and follow-through. She genuinely cared about our experience and was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Andrew handles warranty issues, we didn't have many but when we did Andrew was awesome to work with! Also the construction managers through the build process were top notch too. We just wrapped up our 1st year and are very pleased. Pulte has a good product with a great support team! Highpointe is a very comfortable community and we are very happy we chose Pulte & Highpointe
