  I’ve had a great experience so far! The community is clean, quiet, and everyone has been very welcoming. A huge thank you to Sasha for making my move-in process so easy. She was always quick to answer my questions, incredibly helpful, and made the whole experience stress-free. I’m so happy I chose to live here!

  Trellis has been SO SO good to me for the past 3 years! The office staff is so kind and works fast, the Manager Kimberly has done nothing but make sure my family is taken care of and comfortable! Would definitely recommend giving it a try!

  My girlfriend and i where on the hunt for our first apartment together we toured Trellis before any other apartment, as soon as we walked in we where greeted by Sasha Ruffin, she gave us our tour explained the property, amenities and logistics, and helped us pick out the perfect first apartment for us! Sasha is knowledgeable, personable, kind, understanding and honestly has such a beautiful soul! we decided on Trellis very soon after and her hospitality played a big role in that decision! she helped us throughout our entire leasing process, making the whole process very smooth! We love sasha dowwnnn! To comment on the community, trellis is a large property that offers a wide variety of unit styles in a variety of prices ranges, they have great amenities, pool, gym, car-washing station! Everything being clean and well kept! I personally love the layout of the buildings some units facing the lakes and trees, theres alot of foliage and beautiful greenery! My girlfriend and i are so excited to call trellis home!

  I have been a resident here for about 8+ months, and I love it! The staff that they have that manages the complex are literally the best group of managers I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They genuinely care about their residence, if you have an issue, they do their best to resolve it immediately and are happy to do so! I love it here and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon and I have and will continue to tell everybody I know! The apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful. They have upgraded them smartly and keep the grounds looking beautiful at all times! Everybody here works really hard to make this a beautiful community and it shows!!!

  Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who wants to live with their most basic needs met. We had an ongoing termite issue for FIVE months (see photos). They “treated it” by putting caulk into a hole in the ceiling where they found termites - which, unsurprisingly, was ineffective and left us with continued infestation. IN OUR KITCHEN. I went into the leasing office every day for 8 weeks straight, every time told “I’m not sure, let me check the note” - which didn’t exist btw. When the hurricane hit, our floors were flooded as well as the ceiling from the unit above leaking down. The “repairs” made included painting over the water damaged spots and caulking the baseboard back to the wall. Let’s not forget - it’s Florida, and mold loves humidity. :) They do not lock the facility and allow anyone from the street to enjoy their “resort style pools”, charge you $300-500 per day to use the “recreation center” (which was broken into & covered with plywood), and they don’t have a working grill on site. Also, don’t plan to walk the property without stepping in dog poop! New management took over shortly after the hurricanes, that’s when everything went downhill for this complex. They’re always losing documents, management doesn’t communicate with one another, and you’ll be left being told “calm down, this isn’t on us, trying to understand” after expressing your concern 14 times to 3 different people. Make sure you document your own conversations to hold them accountable as they clearly do not. See below for photos of – rotting stairs falling apart everywhere on property, mold growing in air vents, termite eggs and infestation, an unfinished floor below my toilet that they had to replace, wires hanging out of the electrical boxes on property, holes in the underneath of the buildings allowing animals and rodents in, and more! Extremely unprofessional, unorganized, and false advertisement. Don’t live here.
