    The experience here has been very disappointing. When we first toured here we were told we were moving in to the most recently upgraded floor plan only to move into an apartment that hasn't been renovated for years. Any concerns that needed to be addressed would be ignored through email/phone call and the only way you'd get something done is if you would walk into the office ask directly. Our apartment wasn't cleaned at all and needed to hire a cleaning service due to the lack of response from the office. Parking has gotten worse every month where all of the spots are filled before 7pm. We were given parking stickers months ago, but there's no action being done about monitoring cars that don't live here. Racoons are everywhere here.. doesn't matter if its day/night they're roaming everywhere. Our power has been turned off a few times from management where when asked they didn't know why, construction downstairs where we cannot even stay at home to work. The only good reviews left is the maintenance team doing a good job. This apartment complex has to do better. For people moving to a new location, they're looking for a fresh start and cannot have this type of service for the community. I hope management takes this seriously and make the improvements for future residents.

    Our experience at Promenade at Carillon was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor from the beginning- our move-in date was delayed without notifying us (we had to find out from logging into the portal). And we have had many unanswered emails and calls with them, when trying to address our concerns. We were actually told we would be receiving an upgraded apartment "just like the model unit", and when we got our keys, we realized that was not true at all. (Maintenance confirmed it had not been updated in 5 years). The leasing manager never replied at all about this concern. When we finally gained access to the apartment, we found numerous issues that should have been addressed before move-in, including significant cleanliness concerns. We ended up paying out of pocket for a professional cleaning service, which reported layers of grime on baseboards, cabinets, and the patio that appeared to have been overlooked entirely. We also encountered food debris around the property, ongoing trash issues, raccoon activity (which has been nonstop), and terrible smells outside our building. We have about 10+ videos of the raccoons digging into our neighbors trash, because it has been left outside. Also, the pool is disgusting, and has a layer of bugs just constantly on the surface. And maintenance has been telling us they'll replace our microwave for about 9 months now. And, our next door neighbor had a forensic unit come to his home, so we can only imagine he has committed some kind of crime. Along with the upstairs neighbors scream-fight from about 6pm-10pm daily, which the leasing office was notified of. For the rent being charged, we expected a clean, well-prepared apartment and professional communication from management. Instead, what should have been an exciting move became a stressful and frustrating experience. We hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes meaningful improvements for future residents.

    Mark is amazing! He is always willing to help and go the extra mile to make sure the tenants are taken care of. I have been living here for 2 years and I know I can depend on him.

    I cannot say enough great things about this community and the team that keeps it running so smoothly. Mark and Ty from the maintenance team are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile for residents. Their dedication to customer service is truly outstanding. On more than one occasion, they’ve even offered residents a ride home on the golf cart during hot Florida days when it was needed—small gestures like that speak volumes about how much they care. Vivian is equally impressive. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and does a fantastic job interacting with residents. She is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everyone has a positive experience. I would also like to thank the team for inviting me to their community barbecue. It was a wonderful opportunity to spend more time with the staff and residents and experience firsthand the welcoming atmosphere they have created. The sense of community and genuine care for residents was evident throughout the event. The property itself is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and clearly managed with high standards. One thing that stands out is how selective they are with the vendors they partner with, ensuring residents receive a high-quality experience in every aspect of the community. If you’re looking for a community with a caring staff, an outstanding maintenance team, and a commitment to excellence, this is definitely the place to be. This version sounds genuine, professional, and highlights both the staff and the community culture.

    Lived here for a year now. Good luck finding parking near your building after 8pm lol. There is no parking enforcement
