  The team at itrip Saint Augustine are brilliant! I arranged 2 back to back condo stays with them, they were really accommodating with requests and very responsive to emails. We will definitely be using you for any future bookings, thanks again for all of your help!

  We own two vacation rental properties in Vilano beach. Last week, one of our properties was affected by a fire when the neighboring house burned down, and was a total loss. Our guests had to be quickly relocated and remediation efforts started. Our properties are managed by iTrip. Our property management team responded rapidly, they were onsite quickly, provided excellent service to our guests, took care of lining up a remediation company to address all the smoke inside our property and get the ball rolling on clean up and restoration. I could not ask for a better, more compassionate response, it was 5 star level of service for both our guests and us as property owners. They have managed our properties for two years and have maintained them beautifully and kept our guests happy. If you have thought about hiring a professional management company to take care of your STR property, iTrip is exceptional!!

  Buyer Beware I booked what I believed was a fully refundable reservation through Vrbo, only to later learn that iTrip had separate terms that allowed them to keep a $500 fee for reservations over 27 days. My confirmation/receipt showed “100% refund,” and even Vrbo representatives seemed unclear about the nonrefundable deposit. In my opinion, this was not transparent and created a very misleading booking experience. I would strongly caution anyone booking through iTrip to read every hidden term carefully before assuming “fully refundable” actually means fully refundable.

  Alexis was a God send to me when searching for our stay in St Augustine. She was pleasant, friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable.   COCKROACHES! We found cockroaches upon arrival and all they did for us was drop off a spray so that we could spray the home OURSELVES. We sprayed the home because they refused to give us a refund or relocate us. ONE DAY after spraying we found TWO more cockroaches in EACH bathroom. We called them for help and they told us there was nothing they could do. We have an infant and a 3 year old and 2 senior citizens with us. This has been a NIGHTMARE experience. We will NEVER trust this company ever again. NO solutions, HORRIBLE customer service. They didn't even want to help us. We had to leave the property and pay for a hotel out of pocket.
