  Concern: Construction Debris Affecting Nearby Properties I’m reaching out because I’ve become increasingly frustrated with the amount of trash being left behind by workers at the nearby home construction projects. The debris is ending up on the sidewalks, in the pond, and as recently as this week has made its way into my backyard. Can you please communicate to your workers that trash needs to be picked up and properly disposed of so it isn’t blown around by the wind? It’s disheartening to see soda cans, energy drinks, water bottles, and other food containers floating in the pond and scattered across the pavement. I appreciate your help in addressing this. Thank you

  We had an amazing experience with Pulte. Starting with our sales rep Jeffrey Granadino who was amazing at finding us the best deal,very communicative and super helpful as well as our amazing construction manager William Gonzalez who went above and beyond for us in everything we needed before and after closing. JeannMarie Gross and Nicole Albertin from Pulte mortgage were also phenomenal at explaining every step of our loan process and very helpful every time that we had a question. We also had great experience with Eleanor Ransom from PGP Title who was also very communicative and very helpful on our closing process. This is not the 1st time that we buy a new home but definitely the best experience we have had so far. Pulte has an amazing team and we are very happy for the treatment received by all of them.

  I had a very positive experience overall. The team was professional, attentive, and supportive throughout the process. Jeffrey Granadino stood out for their excellent communication and dedication, making everything smooth. I especially appreciated how responsive and knowledgeable Jeffery and Julian were, always taking the time to answer my questions and ensure I felt confident every step of the way. I would like to shoutout as well the project manager Julian Rodriguez he was as well excellent and goes above and beyond, always following up with us and his responses was quickly. Kudos for them. One area that could be improved is communication from the loan department, as there were moments where clearer and more timely updates would have been helpful, for example I send a question to one of the member there he never answered. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend their services.

  Top quality builder, no issues with our home. Love living here, have had a great experience since moving in. Would highly recommend over other builders. Pulte does not cut corners!
