  I am sharing this review for Billy who is a fantastic repairman. He is proactive and gets jobs done in a timely manner being incredibly considerate of tenants and their needs. He doesn't brush things off but finds a solution! If you have a problem ask for Billy!

  Superior consistently provides prompt and professional service and maintenance. I simply make a request on the portal and it is read and replied to in short order. The maintenance requests are handled by friendly, courteous, professionals.

  Renting from superior real estate services has been a wonderful experience. If anything came up, they were here within a day. They Are wonderful to work with and listen to what you have to say. Would definitely rent from them again.

  this place is the worst property management company in st augustine fl every year all they do is raise the rent and never fix nothing and when they did, it was all poorly done

  In my humble opinion, this broker, re sales, rentals, etc....are unbelievably unprofessional!!! I am a disabled person & waited 2 months for info on sending my rent directly as the mail here is very unpredictable & while my Landlord was out of the country...lied to me (remember, he dropped the ball🤔)!!! I called his office many times only to be told they would send the info or that I had to speak with Samuel directly!!! I was literally 14 days late with my rent because of his incompetence & he LIED 🤥 & texted to me that my Landlord had directed him to begin eviction proceedings!!! I personally would never deal with this particular real estate person!!! Can't comment on anyone else that may work for him but this is unbelievably ridiculous!!! My Landlord was out of the country as I said before & Samuel had NEVER been in touch with him at all!!! I guess unless you are a buyer with alot of$...he can't be bothered taking care of tenants in property he manages!!! Just my take on this so called business!!!
