  I had the pleasure of working with Kurt Jinks, the Warranty Manager for the Jacksonville division, and I want to highlight the exceptional professionalism and human-centered approach he brought to our experience. From the beginning, Kurt ensured we felt heard and understood something that had been missing after multiple attempts to communicate concerns with no follow-up or actionable results from others in service and warranty. Kurt took the time to personally visit our newly built home to assess our concerns. By seeing the issue firsthand, including the structural problem, he was able to provide clear insight and meaningful solutions. His approach demonstrated what exceptional customer service looks like while representing Ryan Homes with deep expertise in the construction field. His follow-up was equally impressive. Kurt consistently communicated the status of our concerns, showing a level of professionalism and care that truly reflects Ryan Homes’ values. Before I even knew his role, I genuinely thought he was a corporate leader within the warranty division because of the way he carried himself and advocated for us. While our initial experience with Ryan Homes Warranty and Strada was disheartening for the first month and a half, Kurt completely transformed the customer service experience and restored our trust. I also want to recognize the outstanding technicians from Strada (Danny and Hermes) who were superb, highly professional, and went above and beyond. These three individuals deserve national recognition for their commitment to service excellence, customer loyalty, and doing the right thing.

  Building a new home can be stressful, but our experience with Jeff Grady and the entire team at Ryan Homes was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Jeff was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure every detail of our home-building experience went smoothly. He took the time to answer all of our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and always made us feel like a priority. His communication and dedication truly exceeded our expectations. He always went above and beyond what he needed to do to make us happy new home, homeowners. The builders and contractors also did an exceptional job. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality of work throughout our new home are impressive. Every stage of the process was handled professionally, and it was clear that the team took pride in their work. They stayed organized, maintained timelines, and made sure concerns were addressed quickly and thoroughly. It gave us a lot of confidence knowing our home was being built by people who genuinely cared about the final product. When I asked for something to be done extra they did not mind at all. They were pleasant to speak to. They cared about their work. They wanted me to be happy. That says a lot because there are a lot of bad home builders out there. Ryan Homes is not one of them. What separates them from others it the care that they put into the homes and the outstanding communication they provide throughout the process. We are beyond happy with our new home and highly recommend Jeff Grady and Ryan Homes to anyone looking to build. Purchasing a home is one of the biggest decisions a family can make, and this team made the entire experience exciting, smooth, and enjoyable. We are incredibly grateful for all of their hard work and dedication and could not be more pleased with the outcome.

  We are in the early stages of the process but so far the buying process with Chris and Jeff was so fun and easy! And Angel on the mortgage side was so easy to talk to and explained everything so well. We loved this place after our first meeting with Chris!

  Work with Mr. Jeff, hands down. Not only is he great at his job, we can tell he is just a fantastic human in general. We couldn’t be more thankful for our experience with him as first time home buyers. Give that man a raise!

  I had a wonderful experience with Kurt Jinks - Warranty Manager of Ryan Holmes. I had several minor issues of which all were handled in a proper and timely fashion. Kurt was knowledgeable, Courteous and helpful with solving my Home issues.
